It's pretty decent. Nice ruby color on the body. Bouquet of some sour notes: brett, berries, hay, etc. Sips nice enough with the berries combining to an almost bubble gum like flavor profile. It's a bit more barnyard brett than I expected, which is good because it's different from your typical low abv sour. Very tart but rewarding with just enough sweetness, as well as the oak characteristic and the wild yeast giving a multitude of characteristics. It's an inexpensive, casual, yet complex sour and that fills a special spot.

Appearance: The raspberry and blueberry fruit juice colors combine in this clear liquid; a thin layer of bubbles caps and leaves thin streaky lacing
Smell: Tart fruit with raspberry and blueberry tones; oaky aromatics
Taste: Fruit forward with an initial sweet impression that is quickly followed by the sour edge; oaky and dry, through the middle, with a tart finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: A nice, light fruited sour; would be much better on a hot day than it is in the chill of winter

The beer board at the bar lists the ABV at four percent, even. At least one other source agrees, so this may have changed a little from the original offering. It came from a tap and was delivered in a clear pint glass. It's a richly bright orange-red rose that's plenty opaque. As expected from this style, there's no head nor glass lacing. There's an aroma of sourness leading a hint of berries. This is flat out a great Wild Ale. Light and refreshing to the palate, it is fully berry flavored, reasonably tart and just sour enough to keep everything in good balance. A clean finish and a pint is quickly drained. It's a good thing the ABV isn't much higher, so a few more can be possible in on sitting.

On tap at 5280 burger bar
The look is immediate different a light red almost like a rose with light carbonation. There isnt much head on the pour, but what is there is white and doesn't completely dissipate.
Smell is a bit wine like. I feel out of my depth rating this but I do like this more than regular wines. I am quite into sour candies and things like that. Almost reminds me of cranberry juice, with a slight lactobacillus funk.
Taste also follows the cranberry juice theme a fair amount of carbonation bit it tastes like that 100% cranberry juice with some kombucha. There's a very slight hint of malt at the very end.
Feel is very light, and again very juicy. Easy to put down, again doesnt really feel like beer. Hard to compare to anything. A solid acidic bite that makes you pucker.
Overall quite tasty and enjoyable. Better in my opinion than wines, but not like any beer I've ever had. A nice change of pace. Definitely for when you want a beer, but you also want something a whole lot different than a normal beer.

Nice beer, bright nose and a flavor that follows but doesn't quite live up to the nose. Good stuff, nothing epic
Beautiful pale pink, a sunset type of color.
Nose hits me with raspberry and a rich cakeiness that gives the impression of a fresh bakery tart
Taste has the prominent tart raspberry note, some darker Berry notes, and a bit of watery funk like an old dusty water pail
Mouthfeel is very thin and a bit watery

A 375ml bottle, with no bottled on or best before date. Poured into a 3 Fonteinen stemmed glass.
Appearance: A hazy golden orange colour with an almost two finger white head that had pretty good retention while leaving some nice lacing.
Aroma: Lightly tart, funk, band aid, berry skin, oak, and a hint of leafy fresh cut grass.
Taste: Lightly tart and sour, grape, mixed berries, berry skin, oak, light funk, floral notes, and a splash of citrus.
Mouthfeel: Medium to light bodied with moderate to low carbonation.
Overall: Nice and enjoyable easy drinking wild ale.

Pours hazy amber gold orange with a creamy frothy white foam head. Smells crisp, fruity and snappy with floral roses, crisp rosé wine, bright fruit skins, light red fruit, tart berries, red wine grapes, oak barrel, slight acetic notes, barnyardy funk, hay, straw, woody spice, with earthy herbal floral hops. Tastes tart and fruity with crisp rosé wine notes, rose flowers, bright fruit skins, light red fruit, sour red berries, juicy raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, wine grapes, oak barrel, slight acetic barnyardy funk, hay, straw, woody spice, bready crackery grainy malts, with earthy herbal floral grassy hops. Feels medium lighter bodied, creamy smooth with moderate carbonation. Overall a real nice wild ale aged in oak barrels on fruit skins.
