Bottle: Poured a pale yellow color ale with a huge white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander with nice citrusy notes is quite enticing. Taste is a superb mix of coriander with citrus notes and light tart notes with light spicy yeast undertones. Body is light with spritzy carbonation which really fits well with the style. Nice level of complexity with super great drinkability. Probably one of the best beer that I have tasted form this brewery.

I can't tell which of the seasons I have, so here it goes. Bottle from QFC,

A mildly hazy light orange with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is a beautiful, redolent citrus with equal amounts of zest and juicy fruit. The essential citrus oils pair so well with the coriander and the mild wheat/bread note. Very floral as well. The Brett notes are subdued, lending a mild background funk. The palate opens light, fruity and refreshing, capturing what a wild witbier should be - mildly funky and earthy, wonderfully bright and delicately citrusy with a mild, spicy coriander note present on the mid-palate. A grainy note is present. Highly carbonated, this foams in the mouth just a little, adding a carbonic acid bite. The mouthfeel is disappointingly light, bordering on watery, a characteristic that's exacerbated by the high carbonation. This also keeps the great flavors that are present from lingering on. As the carbonation dies, the clove notes from the Brett grow, pairing nicely with the citrus. All told, a frustrating but good beer.

I found a 3 year old bottle of this.
L: brilliant gold pour produces a massive, pillowy, persistent white foam collar that leaves thick lace

S: wet horse blanket, barnyard, wet wool socks, citrus, fruit, pear, and over ripe fruit

T: fruit hits the tongue first, highlighted by citrus, pear, pomme fruit, over ripe fruit and pineapple. While the funk leads, a mellow tartness provides support and character

F: very creamy, yet soft Brettanomyces carbonation with an airy, mousse-like texture. The boundary line between foam and body is very thin. The beer is light with a touch of astringency

O: a joy to drink and has me craving a baguette and a chunk of runny Epoisse to eat with it

Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma has nice brett esters, not too intense, fruity and grassy with some rustic barnyard notes. Taste is tart and yeasty, really balanced and citrusy, medium salinity, quite mineral and dry. Medium body and carbonation, really soft on the palate though.

I think I am a bit of a Saison connoisseur, and I really liked St. Brett Citrus Wildbeer. It is a nice good, light and easy drinking beer. A friend of mine sent it to me (to Texas).

Look: pale yellow golden hue with a thick fluffy white head.

Aroma: lemon and some yeast

Taste: Wheat/bready, yeast, brett funk, and citrus.

Feel: light body and significant carbonation.

Pours a cloudy effervescent golden straw color. Thick frothy white head collapses slowly leaving no residual head.

Aroma has notes of tart Meyer lemons, Valencia oranges, light wheat and grain malt notes, and funky tangy notes. Aroma is tart enough that it triggers a response on the palate -immediately I'm expecting a decent level of tartness.

Taste follows the nose with some immediate tartness, albeit not as tart as the nose implied. Notes of Valencia orange, lemons and some light grain notes come through. The tartness is most prominent up front before vanishing quickly leaving a light almost watery finish. Slight peppery bitterness linger on the finish.

Feel is light and very drinkable. Light to moderate tartness provides a slight puckering sensation on the palate. Watery finish.

Overall a solid Brett beer.
