Excelsior Chai pours a dark brown with a very small head. The aroma is a lot of green apples, tart, and a hint of cinnamon. The flavor is tart, with green apple notes, chai tea notes, and hints of cinnamon. Good body and feel—funky, but very good, tart many flavors.

From a can. Pours amber-brown with a miniscule short lived head. The nose is apple, chai, spicy, and fruity. Tastes of chai tea, spices, and apple. Sour. Lighter in body. Quite tasty, smooth.
