On tap at Beertemple. Hazy pale orange with a fine-grained white head. Notes of peaches and apricots, sauvignon blanc wine and a bit of honey. Medium body with a soft carbonation and a light and refreshing sour aftertaste.

Poured from a 750ml bottle into a Crooked Stave tulip.
Pours a clear golden/amber with no head or signs of carb. Smell is very geuze like. Lemon, green apple, grapes, oak, vanilla, and light peachy stone fruit. Taste is much of the same flavors of the aroma but with that great oaky, lemony, crooked stave funk. Very oaky. feel is very low carbonation with a medium sourness. Crisp and easy to drink with a lingering mouth watering sourness.
Overall this is a great beer and I'm glad to have tried it. Oak forward sour saison with qualities of a fine geuze.
