Poured from tap into house tulip at the brewery. Surette with raspberries. ..awesome.
Pours an amber golden with lots of lacing.
Funky raspberry aroma...same for taste. Its tart and funky with a nice mellow raspberry flavor. Really works well as proven by historical belgian technique. ..but a great twist on it with the slightly peppery saison hints.
Amazing brew.
