I was really looking forward to trying this place out when I got to Denver.

Made the walk over from around Coors field, and was immediately disappointed when I got in the door of The Source. This place was way too hipster for me. Seriously, a sign over the door that says "brewery"? Not even the name.... lame.

Sat at the bar and saw that they only had five beers on tap, two of which were different versions of Surette. Again, a little disappointed. Especially as they have about twenty tap handles, I was hoping they'd have a few more/other selections on.

Server was very nice, decided to have a sample of everything they had. Beer was very good, better on tap for the most part than the couple bottles I had in the past. However, at $2-4 for a 3 oz sample, it is not inexpensive.

On the whole, I enjoyed my one trip there, but wouldn't hurry back unless thy had something special on tap.

If you love sours, you will love Crooked Stave. A huge selection of sours and the service was fantastic.

Stopped by on a Friday around lunch hour for a couple of beers prior to heading off to DIA. The place had a chill vibe with an upscale presence, good tunes and a mostly young, professional clientele. My friends and I came for the Sours, and we weren’t disappointed. Each a unique exploration of Brett, Saison, barrel aging and excellence. They are pricey, about $12 /full pour, but the quality is world class. Even the Zest IPA the tasting room was showcasing ($8 /full pour) was an excellent unfiltered DIPA. A must visit stop when in Denver.

Cozy and tucked away in an urban indoor market. Solid sour beers and friendly enough service.

I stopped in while visiting Denver, and found this to be a quality stop. Great beer, friendly staff. The only thing I wasn't really sold on was the location in the little mall like area.

Lots of sours and "offbeat" beers here, but they also have the "basics" if you're not feeling adventurous. Friendly staff. Food offerings within the same business complex also.

This is a fantastic brewery, a required destination for the sour beer lover. They have some truly remarkable beers and the staff is very enthusiastic and helpful.

Citrus wild bier.

Golden yellow. White head with lace.

Brett isn't dominate, which is nice. Great citrus. Lemon and lime. Funky, floral, herbal.

Enjoyable sour. Easy to drink.
