Pours a hazy yellow/gold color with a large, frothy, pure white head fueled by a continuous stream of bubbles from the base of the glass. Wet patches of bubbles cling to the walls of the tulip. The aroma is of strong clove, banana, wheat, straw, freshly cut grass, and hay. Very floral and refreshing. The taste follow suits, with a strong clove and banana presence amongst a wheat and hay background. Some faint lemon citrus, white pepper, and crisp grape juice sensation round it out. Mouthfeel is delectable; light, crisp, and lively with an effervescent and dry finish. Overall, this is a phenomenal hefeweissbier that I’m always happy to have. The clove in this is very predominant, but masterfully integrated such that it doesn’t seem overpowering.

I had to try this beer. First of all I highly enjoy Wheat Beers. Second I love German beers and third because of the great reviews I found on this website.

Poured from bottle into a standard glass. VERY cloudy. The most opaque wheat beer I have tried.

Smell was a little on the sweet side. Not offensive at all.

Taste was almost neutral. Well balanced with little to no aftertaste.

Mouthfeel was almost acidic due to the amount of carbonation. But I do enjoy lots of that.

Overall I was very happy with this beer. Although I still do prefer Erdinger Weissbier. Erdinger is has more of a full flavour. A little stronger then the one reviewed.

If your looking for an amazing Wheat Beer, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Erdinger Weissbier is still a better beer IMO
