Our golden-yellow wheat beer, with its fine-poured white foam, smells of cloves and impresses consumers with its refreshing banana flavour. It is full bodied and with a smooth yeast taste. A brilliant, World class beer that is full of aroma and flavour

aroma: clove, spice and candy sugar

flavour: Banana, clove, spice, candy sugar, cinnamon and slight Belgian ale

One of my favourite beers - a classic that is very hard to beat. Would suit most palates from the experienced craft beer drinker to someone new to craft beer.

When I was in Germany my friends would say, "When you get old you will drink Hefeweizen." The only Hefeweizen I liked was Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Almost 30 years later, I am discovering Hefeweizen beers. How ironic it that?

Poured from a brown 330ml bottle with the date code of 5 June 2013 on the back into a pint glass and got two fingers of head that poured over the rim.

A: Pours a golden color that is hazy with a bubbly two inch head covers the top to the end with 1/8 in. foam. There is not much lacing.

S: Smell of banana and clove big time and spice and sweetness.

T: Taste of wheat and some smooth lemon zing that s balanced with a caramel favor and some mild hops and some fruitiness, too.

M: Very light and the champagne effervescence dances on my tongue. This is very drinkable.

O: Just an absolute pleasure to drink. This must be one of the best beers in the world. It certainly is the beer that I completely enjoy. I must recommend it again and again.
