A: Massive head of white sits on the cloudy, honey-colored beer, with lots of streaming bubbles seen in the glass. Excellent lacing and superb head retention.

S: Aromas are of sweet malts, banana, cloves and a bit of bubblegum.

T: Light wheat malts make for a somewhat sweet beer, but not overly so. Very light bitterness, with also some lemon citrus fruit notes.

M: Moderate amount of carbonation, with a creamy mouthfeel and medium body. It finishes sweet, crisp and refreshing, with some aftertastes of citrus and banana.

O: Nothing fancy but hits all the high notes for a wonderful overall experience!

A-Pours a nice golden color with a thick and huge head that dissipates slowly.

S-Yeasty (smells like Belgian yeast), bready, coriander, hints of banana and clove, and lemon zest.

T-Similar to the nose as coriander, banana, clove, and lemon zest stand out along side the yeast.
It tasted somewhat watery, but tasty and refreshing.

M-Kind of thin and nicely carbonated.

D-I could drink this all day. It tastes delicious and its so light and refreshing.

Pours a murky honey yellow with plenty of haze and a cloud like head of foam. In the glass it’s got style and beauty. The nose is bracing and not run away with fruity sweetness. Banana, wheat , earthy yeast, fruits, clove and as it warms a little - some pepper. The palate is immaculate with tall wheat, sweet biscuit and citric hops. It’s clean and civilized. Leaves with a small taste of alcohol and drier and drier as it drinks. A resounding hefe that dares to growl a little in the glass.

Poured in the Weihenstaphan spiraled tall 0.5 L glass
It pours a hazy, cloudy gold color with a puffy, fluffy white head.
Smells of dry hay, earth, citrus zest, malt and mild gin blend and mingle.
The flavor is at first sweet citrus. A taste of buttery biscuits and mixed citrus follows close behind. The tastes expand into many minor yet noticeable directions. Sweet crisp apples, spices, cut grass, minerals and a mild boozy vodka taste all add to the complexity.
This is one very gulpable hefe! The spritzy effervescence dissipates rather quickly, and for my personal tastes, it improves as it rests. It's one fluid and smooth brew.
My favorite Hefeweizen!
