Well do to the fact that I can see this place from where I live I figure I should write a review of it.

To begin Wing Central is a pretty good place to get a beer in Ellensburg. They have a great selection with 15 beers on tap and 85 in bottles. The beers are mostly a selection of west coast beers such as the local Iron Horse, and Roslyn breweries in addition to North Coast, Pyramid, Bridge Port, Widmer, Beer Valley, Deschutes ect. All at fairly reasonable prices.
However the beer is by far the best part. The food is average and consists of the usual burgers, wraps, nachos and other bar type fare with wings being the house speciality. Its not bad just not great.
The service is kind of slow depending on how busy it is, but at least it consists entirely of cute girls which is nice.
The atmosphere is standard college sports bar type place with lots of tvs turned to ESPN and many jerseys and other forms of memorabilia from Central Washington University.

All in all it's not a bad place to go if you are in Ellensburg and looking for a place to find a great beer and decent but not spectacular food.
