Raspberry color. White head with pink hue.

Tart and citrusy. Lemon zest. Raspberry fruit and raspberry seeds. Not very complex. Sour and tart. Very straight forward.

Poured to a tulip Duvel glass.

A: The body is incredibly purply with a cool nice and one finger thick pink head showing median retention and some lacing. Looking really funky.
S: The aroma has strong raspberries notes with some lambic touch although minimal. This is very soft and cool.
T: The taste is very strong of raspberries where its acidic tones connect so well with the gose acidic style tones. This taste, although having little complexity, is really really good. Perfect for desert.
M: Body is medium to medium low. Carbonation is high. Acidic tones are mild instead of terribly high as expected.
O: Nice gose by Omnipollo. Really enjoying this.

330 mL bottle. Light pink body. Mostly clear. Smells of raspberry, lemon, yogurt. Tastes of raspberry, sharp lemon tartness. A little bit of lactose. Sour raspberry finish with a bit of salt. Light body. Nice, but not up to the standard of the Blueberry version.

A: pours a violet reddish hue, light bubbly fizzy head, thin and quickly dissipating

S: immediate salt and tinges of tart raspberry, the salt stands out, almost like pop rocks

T: tastes like candy, very delicious, strong not of rock salt and more of a supporting or base role played by the raspberry, quite tart, an almost cotton candy like sweetness, i recognize the lactose but because it is such an uncommon thing in beer I struggle to describe it

M: dry but in an odd way, like the salt alone is contributing to its dryness, almost powdery

O: exquisite and unlike anything I’ve had before, I see great possibilities in exploring this further

Pours a hazy, crimson color. 1/2 inch head of an off-pink color. Good retention and good lacing. Smells of strong fruit, grass, strong floral, slight yeast, hint of bacterial funk, and a hint of sweet malt. Fits the style of a Gose. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. There is also a distinct tartness. Tastes of strong fruit, grass, hint of hop, hint of black pepper, and a hint of spice, strong floral, slight yeast, hint of bacterial funk, and a hint of sweet malt. Overall, good appearance, aroma, and feel, with a great body and blend.

I Love this style of beers and this is one of the best of the best I've ever had. So smooth and so easy to drink. Amazing stuff. i'm sorry to say that I had it on draft only and the likelyhood of me having it again are slim. Thank the beer gods I've had it twice (I doubled up a the pub)

Huge blasts of tart raspberries, fresh green herbs, and some well-rounded lactic acid toward the back. I wouldn't go as far as to say the lactose comes out yoghurt-like or reminds me of the namesake drink, but the aroma does remind me of something dairy derived which I don't have too much experience with to pinpoint to an exact science (Asians, lactose intolerance, go figure.)
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Tart tart raspberries. A nice lip-smacking saltiness accompanies the overall tart picture, with a touch of bitter citrus and green herbs toward the back. There's a slight hint of sweet yoghurt that surfaces as the beer warms up a little, but it's not particularly pronounced.

Medium-light bodied, feels a little thick for the style but that didn't bother me at all. Lively carbonation with a tiny bit of creaminess at first, but finishes spritzy like a true summer beer should. I can't imagine Sweden having very many hot summers, but deftly done.

Bottle.

A: Prominent raspberries, cream with a slight sweetness, light tartness, with a light saltiness.

A: Reddish-pink color, super hazy, with fluffy white even head that has adequate retention and light lacing.

T: Lots of raspberries upfront, followed by moderate cream with a slight sweetness. The beer has a light tartness, coupled with a light saltiness through the finish.

M: Light bodied with moderate carbonation.

O: Tasty; the beer has a great raspberry cream character with a bit of saltiness that adds a touch of contrast to the sweet tart flavor.

This batch is 6%

Deep, hazy purply red topped by a slim layer of pure-white cream. Big raspberry aroma leading to potpourri, seedy jam, and cherries...very clean. Flavor is a tart raspberry juice explosion. Berry sweetness, lemon/lime citrus acidity, light brine. Light and sour, dry and fluffy. A good, fairly straightforward, refreshing fruit beer for a hot day.

Poured from a 22 oz bottle with no date. For what it's worth, my bottle says 6% abv. Not what is listed here.

Appropriately, it is a raspberry red color. Kind of cloudy. Decent amount of carbonation and subsequent head. Kind of fizzy and not around for long.

Smells fruity and a bit sour with some lactic acid. There is a backdrop of salty grains, but the sweet, berry aroma rules

Raspberry at every turn in the flavor department. More sweet than sour. Just a little bit puckering like a Sweet Tart hard candy. The flavor is very geniune though. Fresh, slightly sour raspberries with some champagne like bite and flavor. Some salt water in the end.

Body is crisp, fairly dry, and smooth.

Very good beer with tons of raspberry if you are looking for a Gose with fruit you can really taste

$9.99 for a bomber. Pretty color, and the smell and taste packs that gose sour notes but also a healthy dose of raspberry. As other reviewers said, this isn't too sweet (as some raspberry-flavored beers can be) and the raspberry does not taste artificial. I made it about halfway through the bomber before the bite and sourness from the beer began to bother me, but drinking one glass of this is not a bad choice for dessert. I'm not very knowledgeable of the gose style, but I'd have this one again if I were to find it on tap.

22 oz bottle poured into tulip glass no bottle date

A: Nice creamy white head that disappears quickly. Body is a slightly hazy red, looks like very low carbonation.

S: Raspberries are right there front and center and red ones I would assume because of a slight perfumey smell. You get light hints of coriander and the saltiness.

T: Wow the raspberries are huge up front with a semi tartness with a jam like mid body presence and then a little bit of saline on the finish.

M: Wow starts off like it is going to be too sweet, gets slightly tart in the mid and by the finish it is crisp and dry, but huge raspberry all the way through.

O: As far as a gose goes its not bad, but this beer gets stellar rating for bring the raspberry. This beer delivers the raspberry without it ever being too sweet or cloying.

Delicate yet robust, Onmipollo's next rendition of gose, provides a sweet and tart flavor with hints of vanilla to go along with the creamy wheat but also a raspberry tartness to assist the natural souring power of lactobacillus fermentation for a tandem of taste that's sour and supportive.

Bianca Raspberry pours a rich ruby, almost purple hue and slightly translucent. A dainty pinkish champagne zest rises and falls quickly, filling the nose with jaw-tightening aromas of juicy berries, apple and a citrus medley and a gentle waft of sea air. Its taste is just as juicy as the nose indicates but sharply sour with the taste of sweetheart candies.

Its wafer-thin malt drops from underneath and allows the premier sourness and raspberry flavor to command the middle palate. Lactic fermentation provides the sharp flavors of dried lime and lemon with cider, white wine, plum, blackberry, gooseberry and the robust tang of red grape. But its the raspberry additions that give a robust sweet flare to the taste that reads like cherry and plum through much of the session.

Crisp, clean, and nearly dry to the bone, the beer's refreshing fruit taste is effortless on the palate and with virtually no weight. Creamy and acidic, its highly thirst quenching mouthfeel trails shortly in aftertaste with a finish of rounded sea salt and a soft afterglow of whole wheat and tropical fruit.

L: Poured from a bottle to a cylinder glass. had a dark reddish color and a clear texture. There was an inch of foamy, off white head that didn't last particularly long. Not much lacing.

S: A big aroma of raspberries, citrus, and malt. The raspberries are noticeable the moment the bottle is opened.

T: Tasted of a whole bunch of raspberries (goes without saying), a bit of the gose saltiness (not as much as in others of the style), light citrus notes (grapefruit), and a tinge of malt / wheat. Incredibly sweet flavor that has more in common with a fruit beer with a gose. Still, very dynamic and tasty.

F: A well-carbonated beer with a slightly slick finish. Light-bodied.

O: A slightly unusual take on the gose style, this beer works extremely well. Light, sweet, and drinkable.

White rocky head that fades quickly but the beer stays active in the glass. Murky red/copper in color. Taste and smell is fresh raspberries.

Looks like a raspberry smoothie, and smells like one too! Taste is tart raspberries with the slight saltiness that the style should have. These guys rarely disappoint. This would pair nicely with a simple vanilla ice cream - either apart from the beer or as a float.

Awesome beer, nothing fancy. Only fresh raspberries in your face. The nose brings, appart from the raspberries, some green, herbal notes. The taste is also all about raspberries but with a great refreshing tartness. It doesn't take itself for what it's not. It's just great

Opaque pink grapefruit color with pink head, looks absolutely ridiculous. Aroma is full-on strawberry milkshake. Taste starts tart and really fruity with intense raspberry and strawberry notes. Finishes dry and tart. Thick body with crisp carbonation. Another special beer from Omnipollo and, as usual, it's great.

3.5% version for the Swedish market.

The colour is red with a tint of purple (40 EBC), the liquid is completely opaque. The two finger compact head is pale pink; it dissolves quickly leaving some lacing.

The smell is loaded with fresh raspberries, some tartness, mild clean sweetness and just a touch of salt water.

The taste is tart with smooth raspberry juice flavours, some clean salt and clean sweet notes. Hints of detergents and perfume. Apart from the sweetness, there are no malt flavours at all. Medium to full body. The aftertaste got the same tart raspberry notes, but there are also some metallic bitter notes, salt and a touch of orange peel. The long finish is fruity with metal-salt.

The carbonation is strong, the mid-sized bubbles long-lived. The liquid is thick and sticky, like a carbonated smoothie.

Probably the thickest beer I ever had. I really liked the raspberries but not the metallic flavour.
