330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 3.5%. Extremely pale straw colour, moderate white head. Aroma of lemons, lactic acid, pineapple and sea water. Light bodied. Fairly sour flavour, notes of lemons and lactic acid, barely a hint of pineapple, also a hint of salt.

L: Slightly hazy yellow color, no head whatsoever, nice small lacing, highly carbonated. Looks watery.

S: Bad champagne. And I hate champagne.

T: Tastes like bad champagne. It does have a slight pineapple note.

F: Carbonation overload, yet super light.

O: No, no, no. This thing is definitely not a beer.

Champagne blonde with rimming froth. 4
White vinegar, flowers, + tropical hit. 4
Slight dough, salt and vinegar, blast of pineapple, gentle apricot, lemon + perfume. 4.25
Vaguely spicy linger.
Crisp, light, round. 4

Acetic, sure. But the delicacy is in the hints of citrus, smooth body, and overall nuance. One review says cucumber nose, I could see that. Not hugely sour for a sour - almost a white wine spritzer - and the hops play. Some real skill going on here. 4.25

On tap at Omnipollos Hatt in Stockholm.

Pours a clear yeallow, fine, white foam.

Smell is pretty light, with some pineapple and lemon.

Taste is nice and tart. pineapple dominates with some lemon and elderflower in the back. Very crisp and refreshing.

Body is a bit thin, well carbonated.

Overall, a really good beer for the ABV, very refreshing.

Poured to a tumbler Omnipollo glass.

A: The body is yellow-y to green, like the insides of a ripe pineapple. There's some haziness but in small amounts. The head is white, and minimal leaving some lacing. I should notice that the body of this beer seems like liquid candy to be used on lollipops.
S: The aroma is strong in brettanomyces and acidic tones, having some connection with the pineapple aromas which are very minimal in the aroma. Looking (smelling) good.
T: The taste, for a gose, is a bit unbalanced having more acidity than expected. The pineapple is easily findable but it doesn't have the strength expected. However, this is a good beer to drink slowly. It's still very refreshing.
M: Body is medium low to low. Carbonation is high and a bit harsh. Acidity is higher than expected. Bianca was a lot more balanced.
O: This is the first beer from Omnipollo that I have that's not incredible, it would've come any day soon. Still refreshing and that's a good point for a gose.

330ml bottle - the front (and only) label sure looks like a back label to me.

This beer pours a mostly clear, bright pale golden straw colour, with three chubby fingers of puffy, chunky, and somewhat fizzy bone-white head, which leaves some nicely layered sudsy and streaky lace around the glass as it very slowly abates.

It smells of musty pineapple core, gritty and grainy pale malt, a lesser edgy cereal wheatiness, faint lemon peel, a small hard water flintiness, and a softly spicy yeasty character. The taste is some sharp lemon, lime, and tart pineapple fruitiness, crackery pale malt, grainy and salty wheat bread, wet stones after the rain, an ethereally funky yeastiness, and some very tame earthy and musty hop bitterness.

The carbonation is fairly solid in its basically supportive frothiness, the body a so-so medium weight, and kind of watery, in the mineral sense, but smooth enough, I suppose. It finishes trending dry, as the fruit retreats, and the mixed graininess lingers.

Overall, this is a decent rendering of a fruited-up version of the style, as the pineapple doesn't overstep its guest status in the least. The base gose is perfectly detectable, and the whole thing is just pleasant and refreshing, a sure summertime patio quaffer, if economics are removed from the equation, that is.

330ml bottle poured into tulip 5/11/16

A pale milky yellow, lots of tiny suspended particles throughout with bubbles moving everything around, finger of foam hangs around for a few sips leaving a couple random patches

S sour pineapple, mineral water, the yeast profiles hard to place, stops short of funk but has some spicy, earthy thing going on, baking bread, and a little lemon

T mimics he nose, more mineral water, faintly salty, still lots of yeast and the fruits still working well

M light bodied, pin prick bubbles, tangy and a little tart, very refreshing and super easy to drink

O smashable stuff, my glass is already empty, would work well with a hot patio for sure

I could drink this stuff all day if I had more money then I could spend, at 7$ a bottle it could make for an expensive afternoon. Great light brew with lots going on and if it came in a reasonably priced 6er I'd drink it when the suns out in force.

Weird looking beer; hazy like many of Omnipollo's beers, but only at the top, with clear separation like a black and tan. Smells more like a Belgian Strong Pale Ale, and a bit of a Wit, than a Gose, with a faint peppery smokiness to it. It works. Taste is very tart with less saltiness than their other fruity Goses I've had. Finishes bland and watery. Overall, the first beer of theirs that has been a disappointment for me. Still love 'em though.
