3 month old bottle

Look: pale yellow, medium carbonation, big head and great retention. Sticky lacing.

Smell: white peach, pineapple, kiwi. Not in your face, subtle and delicate.

Taste: follows the nose, fruity and pretty bitter.

Mouthfeel: no alcohol detected. Crisp at first sip, then soft fruity aftertaste. Well rounded.

Overall: Nice Pale Ale.

Poured to an Ora et Labora taster.

A: The body is crisp and yellow. The head is white and has a good retention despite not showing any lacing. But it does look good.
S: The aroma is very rich of citrus and earthiness, having a more prominent side on the tangerine, lemon zest and papaya aromas.
T: Taste starts off very sweet and minimal like a unripe tangerine, only growing bigger to blood orange, lemon zest and ending in a near pineapple touch. After that, grassy touches come into and finish the beer with a highly bitter accent.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is spot on, maybe a bit over the top. Bitterness is high. Alcohol is unnoticed.
O: Good and simple APA. Would love to try this again.

Slightly hazy pale golden color with slightly off-white head. Aroma has sweet vanilla extract and pastry notes with some grassy hops and unripe gooseberries. Taste has a solid, clean malt backbone, not too sweet though, followed by fruity hop notes and a grassy, slightly herbal bitter finish. Medium body, quite smooth mouthfeel in spite of the crisp carbonation. Another really interesting take on a pale from the ever so inventive guys at Omnipollo.

Pours a semi clear yellow, with fine, thick foam.

Smell is very citrusy with some grass and earthiness along with some minerals.

Taste is light and crisp. Lots of citrus and lemon peel and a nice, light bitterness. Very easy to drink.

Mouthfeel is medium, with sparkly carbonation.

Overall, a very good APA, that I could drink all day long.

L: Slightly hazy golden color, one finger white head, messy lacing, light carbonation.

S: Sour, spicy.

T: Hoppy, malty, sour yet sweet at the same time. Good.

F: Medium bodied.

O: Not a standout but very drinkable beer.

Pours out a very hazy/murky pale yellow color.

Aroma is very tropical, citrus and fruit forward with a hint of dankness too.

Pineapple, peach, orange peel lead into some earthy dank notes, but it's very bright and citrus/tropical forward.

Medium bodied, creamy kind of mouthfeel, low bitterness and super easy to drink.

Awesome beer!

It drinks and smells like a Pale with Brett. Taste is not brett in it but just has that tinge to it. Kind of wish it did have the brett in it, make the beer more complex but still a really good Omnipollo for me.

22 ounce bottle into pint glass; no bottle dating, but is a recent release. Pours lightly hazy pale golden/straw color with a 2 finger dense and rocky whiteh ead with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lightly tart lemon, lime, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, papaya, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, berry, citrus peel, pepper, pine, cracker, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of citrus/tropical/pine hops and light pale malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big lightly tart lemon, lime, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, papaya, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, berry, citrus peel, pepper, pine, cracker, bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine/citrus peel/spicy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, pineapple, peach, mango, melon, papaya, passion fruit, guava, grapefruit, berry, citrus peel, pepper, pine, cracker, bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and light pale malt flavors; with a great malt/bitterness balance, and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Light-moderate dryness from bitterness, increasing through the glass. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp/sticky, lightly grainy, and slightly resinous balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6%. Overall this is a very nice American pale ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/tropical/pine hops and light pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. Very bright/dank on hop flavors, with just enough malt for bitterness balance. A very enjoyable offering.

On tap at Moor Pat in Williamsville, NY.

This one pours a light orange, slightly hazy but mostly clear, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.

Smells mildly of Galaxy hops, which I like, but it just seems a bit reticent to me There's some light biscuit and grassiness, and a bit of citrus.

This tastes really watery, which is pretty disappointing. There's some light citrus rind, kinda grapefruity, with lemon, and grassiness, but it's just so weak. This is definitely super drinkable, but it's just way too light.

This is super light bodied, pretty thin and watery, with a good level of carbonation.

Omnipollo stuff is usually awesome, but this isn't one of their best.

Pours an effervescent & slightly hazed hay color with 2+ fingers ofeggshell colored head. Stays a little hazed, great head retention & lacing

S: Mango, lemons breadyness

T: Follows the nose, a little grapefruit rind as well up front. Dryness, pomelo & a kiss of breadyness & a little pear as this warms. Finishes with grapefruit, dryness, & a little lime

MF: Light/medium body with slight carbonation, pretty good balance

Great drinkability , much better than the draft version I had, good, but not sure its worth the price

i love the omnipollo label art, and now that some of their lighter and hoppier stuff is being brewed here in denver, we can finally enjoy these beers fresh like they are supposed to taste. this is a very light galaxy hopped pale ale, and its fantastic, the kind of hoppy beer perfectly suited to warm weather and all day beer drinking. pale almost watered down color to it, a lively white head, micro sized bubbles all stacked up. wonderful australian galazy hop aroma and flavor, obviously robustly dry hopped, but the flavor of the citrus with pineapple thing is there too, really juicy and bright, hardly bitter at all, and staying far away from both the ipa realm and that unfinished east coast cloudy phenomenon, its clean and bright beer, hoppy as can be, but so approachable too. galaxy hops are awesome, but can be somewhat delicate, so they were smart to keep the grain base so light that the hops can really stand out from it. pale two row and pils type seems like about it on the malt front. light body, very dry, a nice platform for these hops. hints of lime and fresh pineapple in here for me, a little oily for a moment, clean in the finish. great carbonation and the right abv for what this is. i loved this one, appreciate its freshness, and would happily drink this all summer long if it were in six packs. maybe the best hoppy beer i have had from these guys so far...

smell is very hoppy, lemony

taste - again lemon upfront, grassy and resinous with a nice malt finish.

overall - my first omnipollo - i liked this. i would drink it again but there's so many other beers out there to try.

I don't see any bottle or import date.

Appearance: Inside the bottle I can see a lot of sediment and stringy bits. The body of the beer is a light straw color in the glass and is very hazy. Th head is a fantastic bubbly meringue with good retention and lacing.

Aroma: It has a huge lemon aroma that pops out of the glass. It is one-dimensional but very strong.

Taste: That lemon aroma directly translates into this lightly sour lemon flavor. Again it is very one-dimensional but that single flavor is very nice. Not getting any malt character.

Mouthfeel: Very low bitterness with a very light body. Very easy to drink.

Overall: If you enjoy lemons then this beer is for you. There wasn't much else to the beer but it was still enjoyable and I would drink it again. While the beer didn't have a very diverse profile of flavors or aroma I would still recommend the beer because the lemon character is very pleasant.

Pours a nice fluffy creamy 1 finger head that fades at a slower pace, light spotty lacing, very hazy lemony color.

Nose smells a bit old, no date on the bottle and it just arrived at my bottle shop, but knowing how these things work from importing and distributors, I wouldn't be surprised if this is quite a few months old. Anyways, nose has a little galaxy, faint tropical notes, more lemony and grassy, a little kiwi and mango or papaya skin, a touch of malt.

Taste brings some grassy hops, floral into some tropical notes, a little papaya and mango skin, generic tropical with a little dank musty, more lemony citrus again, faint tree fruit, with a little cracker malt and doughy note, a bit thin too. Fair bitterness, into a little drier finish, a little tropical like mango papaya skin thing lingering, more grassy floral notes.

Mouth is lighter bod a bit thin and watery esp for a regular APA and not session, decent carb.

Overall not bad, seems a bit old, but it's also fairly thin, galaxy comes through somewhat but seems again old and subdued, wish I could try it fresh as well, but not too bad for a galaxy APA from Sweden.
