3 month old bottle
Look: pale yellow, medium carbonation, big head and great retention. Sticky lacing.
Smell: white peach, pineapple, kiwi. Not in your face, subtle and delicate.
Taste: follows the nose, fruity and pretty bitter.
Mouthfeel: no alcohol detected. Crisp at first sip, then soft fruity aftertaste. Well rounded.
Overall: Nice Pale Ale.

Poured to an Ora et Labora taster.
A: The body is crisp and yellow. The head is white and has a good retention despite not showing any lacing. But it does look good.
S: The aroma is very rich of citrus and earthiness, having a more prominent side on the tangerine, lemon zest and papaya aromas.
T: Taste starts off very sweet and minimal like a unripe tangerine, only growing bigger to blood orange, lemon zest and ending in a near pineapple touch. After that, grassy touches come into and finish the beer with a highly bitter accent.
M: Body is medium. Carbonation is spot on, maybe a bit over the top. Bitterness is high. Alcohol is unnoticed.
O: Good and simple APA. Would love to try this again.

Slightly hazy pale golden color with slightly off-white head. Aroma has sweet vanilla extract and pastry notes with some grassy hops and unripe gooseberries. Taste has a solid, clean malt backbone, not too sweet though, followed by fruity hop notes and a grassy, slightly herbal bitter finish. Medium body, quite smooth mouthfeel in spite of the crisp carbonation. Another really interesting take on a pale from the ever so inventive guys at Omnipollo.

Pours a semi clear yellow, with fine, thick foam.
Smell is very citrusy with some grass and earthiness along with some minerals.
Taste is light and crisp. Lots of citrus and lemon peel and a nice, light bitterness. Very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel is medium, with sparkly carbonation.
Overall, a very good APA, that I could drink all day long.
