Tasted from bottle. Pours black with minimal beige head that quickly fades. Ridiculously huge maple aroma with cocoa and hint of coconut. Heavily sweet and sticky. Maple syrup and molasses dominate flavor with some cocoa and minimal coconut. You have to like maple to like this beer but it’s probably the best maple syrup beers I’ve had.

33 cL bottle. Black with no head. Smells of maple, toasted pecans, coconut, chocolate. Tastes much the same, but has an intense chocolate malt presence and a strong oaky finish. Pretty sweet. Alcoholic. Very tasty but very big. I only had a small pour and it's definitely a glass of dessert, but it was good.

Look: Pitch Black with medium khaki head. Has low carbonation.
Smell: Maple syrup, chcolate, toffee, and marshmallows.
Taste: Sweet maple, coconut, vanilla, marshmallows, and toffee.
Mouthfeel: Thick but smooth.
Overall: A good desert beer, but a little too sweet and don’t like the way maple syrup and coconut clashes.

This is maple goodness.

L - pitch black no head

S - maple, vanilla, chocolate, nuts, dark fruits

T - follow the smell plus a lot more maple, some roasted notes. Perfect balance

M - silky mouthfeel, nice

O - very nice dessert beer, i can taste a little bourbon barrel in the backend but seriously not that much. I'd have liked some more barrel notes but it's definitely a great beer and an improvement from the base beer with the extra maple

Poured from fridge temp after picking this up in Zurich a couple of weeks ago. Pours jet black - very little carbonation. Nose is MAPLE!!! Wow - I have never gotten so much maple on a beer before. Definitely getting some bourbon and coconut as well. Taste is so incredibly smooth. Creamy maple with slight bitterness on the back end. Also getting marshmallow, bourbon, vanilla, coconut, and chocolate. This is one of my all time favorite beers, and the mouthfeel is so thick and creamy. Unbelievable.

Beer number 500. Poured to a teku glass.

A: The body is pitch black, pours no head at all. It's super dense.
S: The aroma starts off with a very soft and prominent coconut profile. It's so smooth. Right after, there's a perfect maple syrup profile making this one of my favorite beers ever in terms of aroma. Simply perfect. In the back there's just a very little barrel aging. Still perfect.
T: The taste is very big of coconut and maple syrup in a such smooth and prominent way that I actually got goosebumps. The taste is incredible and resembles real coconut and maple use in this beer's making. There's just a little barrel aging profile, seemingly a weak bourbon thing. Almost perfect.
M: Body is high. Carbonation is low and perfect. Alcohol is Incredibly unnoticeable. Amazing.
O: They made it, again.
