330 ml bottle at Cirkus, Stavanger, shared with Cunningham. ABV is 11%. Black colour. Strong aroma of sweetish and roast malts, vanilla and granola, less distinct coffee. Sweet flavour with pastry notes, vanilla and granola again, some coffee.

Poured to a BrewDog snifter.
A: Body si pitch black, head is dark brown with some great retention.
S: Aroma is nuts, literally. There's a big granola profile, followed by a cookie tone and nuts. It's both decadent and genius.
T: Taste is a round chocolate, coffee, granola, cookie chips perfection for a pastry stout.
M: Body is high. Alcohol is too showy. Sweetness is medium.
O: Another great pastry stout by Omnipollo. In love with this one.

Pitch black look, almost no foam, oily body.
Extraordinary smell dominated by hazelnuts, then vanilla and chocolate and a bit of oak.
The taste follows the scent notes, having the coffee and cocoa beans as base. A bit of acidity compensating just right the heavy and, in general sweet, essenses.
Vanilla and woody aftertaste, very lacing.
A simply wonderful Imp Stout, well above other known barrel aged stouts, made at Brouwerij de Molen.
Top notch!

A 330ml bottle with a best before date of 1st February 2021. Poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Dark brown to black in colour with a thin half finger tanned head that dissipated fairly quickly and left only some sparse spotty lacing.
Aroma: Chocolate, granola, vanilla, nuttiness.
Taste: Bittersweet, roasty malts, chocolate, granola, coffee, vanilla, caramel with a hint of raisin and some spices.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, full bodied, with soft carbonation.
Overall: I love granola, so this is right up my alley, especially the aroma which I thought was near perfect. Meanwhile, the taste has a good balance between bitter and sweet, plus the nice granola, coffee and vanilla flavours.

As black as midnight on a moonless night with a small tan head. The smell reminds me of Nesquiks cereal I ate as a kid. That's because of the granola and cocoa. You get some of the granola promised, plenty of roasted coffee and a bit of the sweet vanilla to balance things out. Overall a great thick beer although my feelings are a bit mixed because of the rather nostalgic cereal vibe. The beer, as well as the taste in your mouth, lasts long.

For Omnipollo stout, this is a Omnipollo stout. The coffee is present all along, the vanilla goes well with the biscuit malt for an impression of granola indeed. The hopiness is nice and despite its sweetness, the beer is quite balanced

From Labirratorium. In Teku glass. Playing Avernum 3. Original flavor profile, as expected in a omnipollo's dessert beer, with a taste that remind cereal bars with chocolate. Delicious sweetness. Abv well hidden. Low on foam

Poured from just under fridge temp after picking a bottle up from a bottle shop in Berlin. Pours jet black with nice light brown head. Nose is crazy, and just as advertised. Lots of granola, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. Also picking up some maple - like a nice Canadian maple doughnut. Quite the decadent beer. Taste is not exactly as the nose would suggest. Initial bitterness - like licking coffee grounds, comes through. Definitely some granola, vanilla, and dark bitter chocolate. Mouthfeel is thick and creamy. Overall, a pretty nice pastry stout, but not the best.

A: Lots of chocolate/coffee like malts, followed by vanilla with light malt sweetness.
A: Black color, totally opaque, with a thin, tan head that has decent retention.
T: Lots of chocolate/coffee, followed by light vanilla, with a noticeable graham cracker like quality.
M: Full bodied with moderately light carbonation and a smooth mouth-feel.
O: Tasty; the beer has a great chocolate and coffee quality that is well supported by the vanilla and graham cracker like notes.

On tap at Omnipollos Hatt in Stockholm.
Pours a thick, jet black with some chocolate colored foam.
Huge smell, a truckload of hazelnut, vanilla and chocolate.
Taste is massive. An explosion of hazelnuts, vanilla, chocolate and coffee. Some warming booze and a robust bitterness finish.
Mouthfeel is thick and creamy.
I am a total sucker for Omnipollo's adjunct stouts, and this is another great one. More bitter and less sweet than the others I've tried, but it really works.
