Wow, just wow.

I was expecting something good but never such a beauty.
Maybe the most powerful brew I've had the chance to try yet. It's very complex but always balanced.
It's a 7% abv gose but it has such a concentrated taste than you can sip it for hours, no problems.

It shows a deep dark body with a purple head.

The nose is a lot on the maple with hints of blueberry.

The taste is a progressive explosion which put all your mouth and tongue to contribution.
You start upfront with a certain sweetness on the tip of your tongue then an acidity comes at the side to balance it all, the salt makes an appearance to put the taste on an other lever, then you've got a bit a roaste chocolate notes on the back ends of the tongue.
In terms of flavours you've got blueberry and maple upfront, then pancake dough and lactic notes then the roasted notes of chocolate. The complexity is amazing.
The peanut butter is not very present in the taste but it definitely brings a nice touch to the mouthfeel.

The mouthfeel is fantastic, it is reassuring in any way. It's thick but not overly because of the slight tartness, the carbonation is low to moderate but brings a bite. Overall the mouthfeel is velvety

Simply put, this is an amazing beer.
