The liquid is a bit hazy (yeast sediment in the bottle); the colour is amber with a tint of orange (15 EBC). The two finger compact head is off-white. It sinks very slowly leaving lots of thick lacing.
The smell doesn’t fill the room as some DIPAs tend to do. However, the smell is medium strong. Fresh citric fruits (grape fruit, bitter oranges, tangerines, lime...). The bitterness is elegant rather than aggressive. Multifaceted notes of bitter almonds, grapefruit peel, sour fruit drops, and sour fruit liquors. Some herbal and flowery notes. The malts are quite dry, they stay in the background. Some fat/oily hints of motor oil come and go.
The taste... got a robust ground of clean sweetness. Apart from that, it is all about the hops. A hint of alcohol passes quickly. The bitterness is grand but not harsh. Grapefruits, bitter oranges, lemon/apple acid, sour fruit candy and a touch of wood. Medium body. The aftertaste is somewhat sweet with elegant hoppy flavours, some fat/creamy notes and even more grapefruit, fresh lemon juice, ginger, ripe apples, pineapples and a hint of white rum. The finish is bitter and dry.
The carbonation is strong, the large bubbles fresh and short-lived. The liquid is semi-smooth.
A very elegant and well thought-out DIPA (as I expect with a beer from Omnipollo), not as aggressive as the Russian Roulette one. Highly drinkable and enjoyable!

This was boozy with muted citrus/floral hops... sorta sweet. It was old and certainly out of date, but I still wanted to try it and the opportunity arose

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. ABV is 8.5%. Golden colour, moderate white head. Hoppy aroma. Distinctly hoppy flavour, minty and rather bitter finish.

473 mL can from the LCBO; dated Nov 28 2019 and served barely chilled. Brewed at the Brunswick Bierworks in Toronto for the Canadian market.
Pours a hazy goldenrod colour, sporting one finger of bubbly, soapy white head that settles off within the next several minutes; it leaves behind a creamy-looking collar and an attractive coat of arching lace. Pineapple, passion fruit, grapefruit and mango come through on the nose, with additional hints of syrupy stone fruit, pine resin, caramelized malts and a touch of booze.
Tasty. Grapefruit and orange are apparent from the get-go, with notes of passion fruit, apricot, mango, and pineapple not far behind. The back end has a fair bit of floral hops, as well as some pithy, resiny, earthy bitterness. Medium-full in body, with average carbonation levels that provide gentle bite to this brew's otherwise, slick, smooth, oily mouthfeel.
Final Grade: 4.23, an A-. Omnipollo's Nebuchadnezzar is an IPA fan's IPA - which sounds dumb reading it back to myself, but I stand by my awkwardly-phrased proclamation. An amalgamation of a DIPA and an NEIPA, leaning perhaps a little more towards the former, as its bitterness is pronounced, and the 8.5% abv is a constant background presence. But that's not to discount the juicier, fruitier hop contributions, nor the robust malt backing that supports it all - and for a 4-month old IPA, it's drinking fantastically. Very strongly recommended.

pours a pale clouded straw color with a 3 finger white cap...aroma s are of floral-citrus with sweet malts undertones....rich oily mouthfeel for a canned beer...tastes like a juicy east coast IPA but smooth and silky...musty...earthy...grainy sweetness...long rounded wet finish with hop intensity growing and a bitter after taste....alcohol is completely hiddenin this intense canned brew...very decent canned 2xIPA

I only tried a couple IPA's to find something that sticks but so far I've had no luck, this particular one tastes like raw dandelion with some honey, and that's just something I'm not too keen on, I will keep looking and expanding my palette.

This is a beautiful beer. Hazy golden colour, no residue and a gorgeous white head that has good retention.
Not overall bitter and it hides it’s ABV well.
I do however find it very sweet with a honey aftertaste and very little citrus.

One of the best beers I've had in a while. This can was brewed and packed in Toronto Ontario.
Pours a hazy gold with a tight frothy white head that lingers and laces the glass beautifully. Aromas of pink grapefruit pith, blood orange peel, slight pine, taste is similar, slight boozy finish, impact quite high, bitter pine aftertaste that lingers a while. Very well balanced overall an incredible tasting beer.

Pours a uniformly hazy straw colour with thick white head which fades moderately slowly; little lacing upon drinking. Nice hop aroma; a touch more on the spicy/malt side than fruity. Taste follows with grassy/spice leading the way for the hops with some sweet malt, clove, stone fruit, full smooth malt flavours & mouthfeel. I've only had a few Omnipollo beers & I've liked them all. I certainly wouldn't know what to call this if ordering it out, but it's a hell of a great zebra looking can & I would definitely enjoy again.

This one has a pale, orange hue with abundant head and lacing. However it is not hazy as many NE IPAs are. Smells of citrus and melon. Tastes of orange and honeydew. Good carbonation. Good hop bitterness, but as you would expect, not overpowering. Overall not bad but I would like to see a larger citrus burst.

Looks like Tang. Not quite hazy, not quite clear but with that distinctive orange hue. Very nice and lush nose of over ripe melon and mango. A bit of burnt ripe fruit on the palate but I mean that in an appreciative way. In a way it reminds be of bananas Foster which is flambed. I also detect a little toasted marshmallow and a pleasant blend of hop and malt. Feels nice in the mouth too. Nice find on this one.
