Poured from the can into a nonik pint glass.
Beaming copper body, with a good amount of clarity. Great forming light khaki colored head, three fingers easy, and good fine bubbles somewhat too. Real nice sheets of lace as well making for a great appearance.
Good enticing aroma. Hints of light cream and small sensing caramel sweetness. Touches hints of clove and an excellent biscuit note that hits real nicely. Graham cracker and milk, mixing in with light faint toasty brown bread kick in as well.
Palate goes a little simpler but still suffices. Sharp hits of pine like hop bite, but also still touches a creamy warmth in the mid palate. Hits with faint caramel, and more of that biscuity vanilla sweetness predominantly. Finish has quite a bit of American hop bitterness, a bit jarring but lets you know this is playful and certainly not your typical Irish red.
Good solid fun brew.

Clear deep amber, thick off-white head, awesome retention and lace.
Earl grey (black tea and Bergamot orange peel) tea, toffee malt aromas
Tastes like it smells with an earthy/herbal finish
Medium bodied, carbonation is spot on. very drinkable
This beer seems like it sits in the middle of a Venn diagram of American Amber, English Bitter, and Irish Red, and I love it!
