Full pour into a shaker pint at Pizza Paradiso Dupont DC.

Real big opaque body. Super glowing lemon yellow topped with a bleached white creamy head. Settles to a good simple collar white and whispy. This appearrance wise could pull off as a Belgian saison/pale/tripel sort of thing.

Nose is a little muted. Sticky yeast and mild hop crispness. Some floral notes but also some dryness it seems.

Palate is quite surprising. Super crackery dy and mineral finish with rocky texture. Finish comes off borderline salty. Great poping hop bite on this with faint lime and orange zest of citrus, and good floral notes to match. Heavily czech like crispness with a matching comfortable sting. Sticky yeast notes are non existent with this flavor palate.

Overall a pretty unique creation from many collaborating brewers in the DC area.

Pours a pale straw golden yellow. Very frothy white head.

The nose is very crisp and straight forward. A little bit of bread, earthy grains.

Taste-wise, the flavors blend really nicely here. There isn't one dominant characteristic, which lends to this being a very sessionable option for the summer. The malts and yeast mix well. I get a little bit of honey on the back end.

Mouthfeel is very light, finishes dry and crisp. If their goal was to bring a tasty, sessionable, summer option, they absolutely nailed it.

32oz brewery filled growler. Pours a hazed golden straw color with a rich bright-white head. This remains frothy, coating the sides of the glass with sticky sudsy lacing. The aroma is fresh, grassy and spicy smelling with a pleasant buttered cracker thing going on in the background. Some light mineral and citrus tones mix in as well. The taste is similar, with a crisp, grassy and citric bitterness that spreads fresh flavors across the palate. A slightly buttered biscuit-like sweetness firms up the back of the profile. The mouthfeel is lighter to medium bodied with a slick and oily creaminess to the carbonation that also has just enough crispness to give this some pop. Man, this has a beautiful drinkable feel to it. This was really nice. It’s nothing too explosive in the flavor department but just has a nice refreshing and quaff-able presence to it that really hits the spot. Well done guys. I could drink this all day.
