Amber, maybe copper, in color with an off-white head. Wheat and bread are evident on the nose. A bit of metal and acetone, light fruit character, and quite a bit of water. The flavor is kind of watered down. Some malt flavor, minimal (if any) hops, and seltzer water seem to be the main components. A hint of grass in there for good measure.

Reddish colored initially very fizzy but head fades quickly to nothing leaving no lacing. Smell is malty, syrupy, earthy. Taste is initially malty sweet but a discordant blast of astringent bitterness mucks up whatever this is supposed to be. This could very well pass for muddled up iced tea by the look and taste of it. Always happy to try new beers, this one is a miss.

A-Looks decent..nice cherrywood color although not much head or lacing.
S-A light homebrew like maltiness...
T-Yuck....bland but just enough bad flavors emerge to create a real nasty combination. Homebrew syrupy malt presence...wheat? Uhh not getting that at all....and yes there are some poorly used hops in this as well that add an astringent bitterness more sour than bitter.
M-Uncarbonated, flat slightly syruppy feel.
O-Maybe not quite as bad as their pilsner but that is all relative...this place really needs to step up their efforts. I won't be purchasing any of their products again.

Pours a clear copper color with one finger of head that had good retention before settling to a thick cap. A little spotty lacing is left down the glass during consumption.
Light citrus aroma that compliments the wheat malt. Nothing terribly exciting here but captured my interest.
Like Staple Mills pilsner, this is extremely light tasting. A little hop flavor in an otherwise straight up wheat ale. Not sure where the darker color came from or lack of complimenting flavor.
Nicely carbonated with a light body.
Better than their pilsner but still a long ways away from being a good beer. Hoping there are better beers coming along in the future from this brewery.
