Notes:
An American kettle sour in addition to a palindrome. Hazy in color, this session sour has a nice citrus aroma, is mildly tart, and has pleasant notes of peach, tangerine, and white grapes.

I admit it, what's to say. I did get it, for the kitt-ay.
Once, upon a time, I could control myself
ButnowIjustbuyeverythingontheshelf
Bearded Iris glass. Canned 11/5/20.
Gold, halfsies on the transparency, with a half finger of creamy white head.
Weak aroma of pilsner malt, froot loops, and sour apple juice.
Flavor of watery apple juice, sour froot loops, pilsner malt, and slight straw. Would actually go swell with some hard shell tacos.
Feel is semi-starchy but stays in check, remains crisp throughout the profile, very carbonated and busy which fits the beer, and no alcohol which also fits the beer. Disappears ass-over-teakettle real quickly.
Overall, this is a traditional Berliner fan's beer. Nothing exciting here, just a pilsner-meets-bacteria in a can. There's nothing wrong with it, there's just immensely more exciting beers on the market right now. Belch. Just finished it.
Good for what it is.

Aroma sugar/candy, slight sweetness and malts. The flavor is fruit/lemon, malts/slightly grainy and a mix of mildly hoppy and sugar/candy in the finish.

Tacocat has a thick, creamy off-white head, a hazy, slightly bubbly orange appearance, and heavy glass lacing. The aroma is of sweet-tart candy and candy sugar. The flavor is the same, with some lemon peel. Mouthfeel is high medium, and Tacocat finishes medium dry.

Moderate pour yields a small white head over a hazy body with some lacing. Nose of slight tropical fruit and some citrus. Nice tropical fruit and citrus flavors and not too tart. Fair to good feel and overall, not too bad.

Pours a clear gold color. 1/4 inch head of a white color. Decent retention and slight lacing. Smells of slight sweet malt, citrus hops, citrus, grass, hint of yeast, and a hint of pine. Fits the style of an American Wild Ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of citrus hops, piney hops, slight sweet malt, hint of grass, hint of yeast, salt, and a hint of bacterial funk. Overall, closer to a Gose than an American Wild Ale, but decent body and feel.

A: Pours a relatively clear medium yellow in color with light to moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and faint medium golden yellow + apricot colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of very thin film covering a little more than 85% of the surface of the beer and a very thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Just shy of moderate aromas of tart light fruit (white grape), stone fruit/peach, citrus/lemon, and citrus/tangerine over slightly sour wheat malts with a light presence of lacto.
T: Upfront there is a just shy of moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with a light to moderate presence of lacto. That is followed by light flavors of tart light fruit (white grape), stone fruit/peach, citrus/lemon, and citrus/tangerine. No discernible hop presence and no bitterness but there is a lingering tartness through the finish.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a light amount of acidic prickliness in the finish.
O: A very simple kettle sour without a lot of complexity but easy to drink and refreshing. I could easily have a couple of these on a real hot afternoon.
