Can dated '02/30/19.' Not sure if the person who stamped the bottom was drunk at the time but this date can not exist.
Alright, well by any measure, this was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-dark copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head softly gliding off with a ton of messy sticky lace.
The aroma had some sweet sticky honey biscuity malt flowing into some dried bitter floral and piney hops. Light orange blossom moreso as it warmed.
The flavor leaned towards the malts initially and seemed to mesh in some orange blossom floral sweet dryness as it warmed. Mild malty to orange blossom and honey aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Mild carbonation and a respectable ABV. Semi-malty finish with a touch of floral dry hops.
Overall, I'm overlooking the date on the calendar thinking maybe the person didn't change it to March 2, 2019. Not so much worried. If anything, this is a respectable old school IPA I'd be willing to come back to.

Poured into pint glass from a tap. Abundant head, no haze.
Little aroma, a disappointment because I like citra.
Taste is pretty well balanced for a west coast ipa.
Overall, more like a pleasant pale ale than ipa

Pours into a standard pint a clear light to medium golden with a minimal head atop.Floral and citrusy hops in the nose, not in your face but pleasant enough. The palate has a bit of sharp hoppy bite upfront with a good amount of citrus,a little grassy in the finish with a sugary sweet note to balance the hops. Not a bad ipa to have on hand, not something that will blow you away but it's not a throw back beer either.

12oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, pineapple and grapefruit. Nice fruity, citrusy flavor with some sweet toasted caramel.

Plumage has a medium, white head, an opaque, orange appearance, bubble streams, and moderate glass lacing. The aroma is of white wheat and tropical fruit. Taste is of the same, with an initial, but fading, hop bitterness presentation. Mouthfeel is medium to heavy, and Plumage finishes wet and dull.
