12 oz. Lighter gold pour, fair amount of carbonation. Just a very thin layer of white head.

Aroma, large amount of grass, hay, some caramelly malt. Some light citrus.

Taste has some sweeter fruit and citrus up front. Finishes with some grassy hay and bread, much more to the German style.

Light bodied and real easy to drink. A great warm weather brew. Thoroughly impressed. Maybe could have been just a tad less carbonated.

Was expecting this to be borderline Miller Chelada the way the lady described it. The fruit really mixes well and the clove and banana are really kept in check, unlike many American versions of this.

12 oz bottle. Pour is very hazy lemon-flesh yellow with a small white head. Aroma is sweet rock candy-malt, faint lemon notes, and light floral notes. Flavor is faintly tart with hints of lemon, light topical fruit notes, faint floral hops, and a slightly salty finish.

i love this, not sure why others didnt, but its almost like a berliner, in that its so light but also puckery from the addition of passion fruit. a very light bodied and light colored witbier, with very little belgian yeast character, just a light drying yeast with a mild pear aromatic and green apple taste, but its all real subtle on the yeast front. i also dont get orange and coriander like usual in the style, instead i get the passion fruit, so tart and tropical and summery and authentic and refreshing and delicious. its all the way through the beer, adding no sweetness but a mild acidity along with the flavor. carbonation is way up, and this is a beer you could conceivably drink ten or twelve of on a hot afternoon without working too hard at it. really refreshing and i love the change up in the style, loosely following conventions but moving in a bold new direction with it. this my be my favorite of all the beers ive had from these guys so far, really something different here.

Appears a cloudy yellow golden hue with bright effervescent fine bubbled white head. Fine speckled lacing left behind as it dwindles.

I don't know much about this beer it's a wit with lime instead of traditional orange citrus peel. But other than that it smells, like bready wheat, lime citrus notes are bright and lively, mild fruitiness with spice kicking out some character...again it's aromatic like a light summer citrus perfume.

Flavor zings the palate with lime juice sour character, penetrates to a numbing level of tart and spices on the palate. Extreme tartness with each sip, almost a salty sour like those found in a German gose, it dries the palate out completely with coriander and lime zest...the bottle mentions passionfruit and I'm looking for it but I can't find that traditional tropical fruity citra like character. It blossoms some floral quality definite acidity with the lime zest, and more fruit juice and spice combo in the finish.

Mouthfeel is dry finish, a slightly salted rim glass may help this beer it's margarita like in nature with the witbier/lime hybrid creation going on add the spice character drying things out and this finishes like the desert. Light to medium bodied carbonation carries it all well.

Overall, this beer was drinkable however, I feel it was a challenge for my senses and the palate to contain everything that was going on. A bit of a cluster but at least I enjoyed it, and I plan to do some food pairings with it.

Flavor: Moderately tart with lots of citrus flavor. This is very lemony.

Feel: Medium-high carbonation.

O: extra tasty if you dislike Donald Trump.

As a witbier, this one plays the part well; its color is a clouded light yellow, like white gold but a shade darker and still quite pale. The white head, while very foamy, is quite substantial, resting at over one finger tall for some time, and at least one finger for most of the session. Lacing is left in firm, thick rings and webby patching.

The nose has a fruity note and green apple skin, but mostly herb. Herb is very strong, a very particular note almost like basil, and some grass and lime finish out an aroma that's both unusual and intriguing, and one some would find strange.
With the herb, the fruits come out in the flavor, particularly something tropical, while the lime peel adds obvious zest and tartness. Combined with the light body, it is very juicy and refreshing.
Speaking of, it's got the right heft for a wit, light in body with with depth. Crispness goes all the way and remains alongside a firm creaminess.

Cloudy golden, with thick fizzy head of white carbonation. Sudsy, insubstantial lacing.

Nose is sweet wheat and a rush of floral, citrus, and tropical fruit. Very nice and unusual.

Taste is very malt-forward, with accents of mango, passionfruit, and plenty of lime. This is a tropical fruit-oriented wheat beer that would go down perfectly in a warm weather situation. Easily sessionable, and an enjoyable, unique brew.

Appearance: Bright yellow-green with lots of foam. Kind of a Flubber color.

Smell: Lots of limey, but theres a thick yeasty smell too.

Taste/Mouthfeel: Sour lime. A bit gritty in the mouthfeel. Passionfruit is there as well. Also tastes like a flat energy drink. Quite tangy.

Overall Drinkability: Nice components to this. Very strange overall, but it's not bad. Not for everyone.

12oz bottle poured into a chilled pint glass.
Hazy light yellow colored body with thin and quickly disappearing head.
Aroma is grassy/earthy, is that passion fruit? I am not familiar.
Tart lemon flavors are refreshing and clean. Feel is light. Finish is salty and dry.
This goes well with lots of food.

5 Lizard brewed by 5 Rabbit Cerveceria, with an ABV 4.30% This brew pours a cloudy amber color with a nice white head. The smell is rich with flavor, sweetness. You pick up on citrus and hops. Also in the smell you pick up on malts and some grains. The taste of 5 Lizard is bold with flavor. You pick up on lime and fruit. There is a lot going on in this brew. There is nothing bad about this brew. This brew has a nice balance to it, there is nothing overpowering in this brew. The mouthfeel is nice clean and refreshing. Overall I'm giving 5 Lizard a 4.25 out of 5
