Stopped by here for the 5th anniversary reventón party.
There was a big crowd and they had a good selection of their limited and one-off beers. The atmosphere was jovial, there was a dj inside and bands playing outside. Lots of groups and families, the whole brewery was open and they were serving beers from a line of jockey boxes. Outside there were a few picnic tables for seating, and various tables in the taproom. Drafts in the taproom were from the wall, with a staff guy serving next to them.

Beer selection for the party was good, lots of variety and high-quality guest taps like Galactic Double Daisy and Claire's Thirsty Ale. The highlight of 5 Rabbit's beers were CaCao, Coquitos, and the Colorado gose. Many of the one-offs weren't very successful, many were thin and watery, some not very cohesive. Grest ambition though even if a few beers fell short.

The lively atmosphere was great, and it was out of the way so not much traffic nearby. Overall i'd return again to check out the taproom sometime, maybe when they release that gose again. Food-wise there's Taco Thursdays and occasional food trucks, i’d recommend Birria Zaragoza if planning a trip here.

Very industrial look, but the taproom is in the corner of a large warehouse, so that is to be expected. When I entered, I felt like I walked in the back door, but again, so what.
I was greeted by a very knowledgeable employee who seemed sincere in his desire to assist me to find something I would like. With only 6 or 7 beers on tap, that might be difficult, but for the most part I will drink anything. I enjoyed two very nice dark beers, one of which was on nitro (very velvety).
There is seating for 30 or so, and plenty of room for standees. Swag and package beer for sale decorate the sparse interior and flank a video wall projecting old wrestling matches. Board games and a foosball table will keep you occupied as you sort through the beer options.
I will be back to enjoy more soon.

-Not much parking. If the small lot is filled, take it as a sign that the limited area inside is probably also going to be filled.
-The space is mostly (surprisingly empty) brewing facilities, with a tiny corner serving as the pouring area. Lots of seating for the appropriated size, which isn't to say there's a lot of seating.
-Very confusing reception, and no one to explain it (no host, no recognizable servers, nada). The loud music and rotating spotlights make it even more disorienting. You first have to distinguish what areas are for the public and what is 'behind the counter'- on my initial approach I wound up behind the DJ, then behind the cash register, then what I thought was behind the bar and within arm's reach of the taps, only to discern that that was actually fair game- you have to walk up to them to order. As it turns out, the guy in casual clothes by the handles is actually an employee. Furthermore, if you want a flight you have to spot the cards by him and fill it out. Which makes it easy for everyone involved, but it isn't obvious what the procedure is unless you're able to shout a question to the lone employee over the music.
-That lone employee was very nice on my visit, once I was able to meet him between his frantically running around the area keeping things clean and taking care of customers. Seriously, get just one more person on the floor, jeez. That guy was earning his money.
-Selection was limited. Literally everything was dark, at least in color if not also flavor. Still, tasty.
-Prices are fair, although I can't say I was thrilled with two (of my two full) pours- lots of head, although not even an equal amount in both glasses even though they were the same beer.
-Growlers available to go, as well as bottles. No food is served, but outside food is welcome. Scheduled tours are available for $10, not sure what they include (although you can see virtually everything just on the walk to the bathrooms).

A memorable visit, although only for the confusion I suffered from it. Maybe I'm just slow witted, but with only one employee (who blended in with the customers), the lack of defined spaces, and loud music and dizzying lights, I felt like I was too busy getting my bearings to actually enjoy the beer, or the luchadores playing on the projection screen, or the cool floor-to-ceiling mural on the wall. It could be a cool place if they polished- no, completely overhauled- their organization, but until then stick to their bottled offerings and skip this pandemonium.

Quite out of the way for Chicagoan's so it's kind of low traffic. A shame since it's a nice spot with some solid beeers. 6 beers on tap at most times, often somethin BA. BA beers are hand bottled and sold in the tasting room. Food trucks most weekends. Incredibly friendly service. Chicago needs more tap rooms IN the city.

Tucked in out of the way easy to get to. Industrial setting until you hear the Mexican music and wrestlers on the wall. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly BT. Authentic Mexican food as you walk in and smells amazing. Authentic Mexican heritage beer. Kids laying the foose ball to occupy. Perfect day for receiving doors open.

My son and I gave this place a try when he was home from college. It seems like many newer breweries are in commercial warehouse space. This place takes up a large commercial space in a commercial district. Not a lot of visitor parking other than in the street or across the street. Once inside, they have one corner set up for customers which is nice. There is no defined bar. Just open tables and a tap against one wall. Find a staff person, place your order and take a seat. They bring everything to you. There is music and they had a book signing going on that day. As you sit, you look out over the open warehouse space. Oh yes, the beer was very good. Good flavor on everything we tried. We each had a flight and I built a six pack to take home. I would like to come back in the summer.

This is one of my personal favorite local brewery. It has a great selection and they have a rotation of food trucks that stop there. It is small but very comfortable and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly.
