Wonderful wheat beer...with the addition of strawberries and rasberies. Not overly fruity, but a wonderful beer after a 5 mile bike ride, which is how I experienced it on tap at the Nashville Farmer's Market.

On tap at the Beast & Barrel in TN.
Cloudy pale apricot body, an unusual color, with a creamy and durable tan head and good lacing.
Fruit dominated aroma and flavor with the presence of "pounds of strawberries and raspberries" dominate but not overpowering. Very good, near neutral, bitter/sweet ratio.
Refreshing. Light bodied with good carbonation.

Interesting looking hefe. Cloudy apricot hue with a one-finger white head. Aroma was mainly yeast and I also got sweaty socks like another reviewer. Taste was primarily weak tart berries with no typical hefe clove, banana, or bubblegum notes. Thin, watery feel. I like the brewery but won't be getting this again.

on tap at the brewery, 4 April 2015

Unfortunately I feel that the addition of fruit to this weizen has ruined it. I believe it's a combination of strawberry and raspberry, but it came off as more of a dull, watered-down grapefruit ale. Stick with the standard hefeweizen, it's better.

Single finger head on a very murky golden with burnt orange hues body. Aroma of wet socks, wheat and hint of raspberry, not very enticing overall. Flavors of wheat, club soda and some raspberry but not too sweet. Well balanced but not memorable or even fruity enough to be in the fruit beer category. Light body and moderate to high carbonation.
