Not a lager person, but this is very decent. 5.3% ABV. Goes down very easily, but still has a full feel. Enjoyed Jan, 2022.

This is sinply quite a good lager, not too exciting but okay. I would not describe this as a real Pilsner, but still respectable. Beats the TV beers hands-down.

This is a very nice pilsner, crisp and refreshing- as you would expect from a good pilsner.

Had it from draft, poured into a tall pilsner glass. Bright clear yellow color with excellent head and lacing. Sweet herbal, grassy smell and taste. Pleasant back bite at the finish. Highly recommended.

it's snappy, sexy, and easy. flaky lager malt forward with fruity zips and pops. clean and mildly punchy at times. slightly bitter and dry finish that isn't pushy. the carbonation is a bit forward, however, which is honestly why I reach for the Peacemaker instead. still a solid brew, especially in a session sense

Poured from a can into a pint glass
Appearance - The beer pours a golden straw color with a one finger head of white foam. The head fades fast to leave a little bit of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell - The aroma of the brew is strongest of a caramel and grainy smell mixed with a hint of herb and grass.
Taste - The taste begins with a grainy and lightly hopped taste of herb and earth. As the taste svances a little bit of citrus and a light caramel taste come to the tongue and leave on with a slightly grainy, but easy going flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the brew is rather light and crisp with a carbonation level that is average. Good for the style making it very drinking.
Overall- A decent easy drinking pils overall.

I've already reviewed this, but apparently I haven't typed up my handwritten notes. Here's a brief impression from a can nabbed at a Trader Joe's in Austin for $1.42 USD.

Tastes like an over(American)hopped pilsner, but it's less effective than I recall, say, Victory's Prima Pils being. Floral and oily hop flavours (I'd guess at a C hop - probably Centennial?) dominate, eclipsing the pilsner malt backbone. Lacks the grassiness and spiciness of a great German expression of the style.

Drinkable, though, and it'd be very refreshing in the Austin heat. I also applaud the softness of its mouthfeel, and the oiliness it has accentuates its hop profile nicely. Yeah, it's more an IPL marketing itself as a pilsner, but I can't help but like it.

High B- (3.50) / WORTHY

12oz canned 11-6-18
1 1/2" white head with very good retention and foamy lacing. Clear, clean gold with a steady stream of carbonation rising.
Light bready malts and a unique, grassy hop aroma. Floral. Not getting a spicy noble hop aroma...some lime/citrus in the background. Minerality.
Unique pilsner, not traditional in flavor although the ingredients are traditional. More of a honey flavor rather than bready/cracker...more of a floral/melon-lime flavor rather than grassy spicy hops. Different - but very good.
Soft mouthfeel with a medium level of carbonation. Not quite "crisp" pilsner. Good dry finish and definitely leaves you wanting another.
I've drank a lot of this but never sat down to really dig in - I'm surprised what I am smelling and tasting. It;s a unique take on Pilsner. Another very good Austin lager.

i crushed these my whole time in texas. not that its the best pils in the world, heck, its not even the best pils i had most days when i was there, but its basically everywhere, refreshes like no other when its ice cold, and its a pretty wonderful defense against the hot texas summer heat. right from the can is how i like this one the best, but it does have an appealing yellow glow and significant white head on it when it makes it to the glass. aroma and flavor are light on the malt, its not the heavy crackery even doughy czech type grain base, not as bold, and i like that in a hot weather and high volume drinking context. the hops are lightly citrusy, maybe a mix of noble and northwestern varietals, but well proportioned and timed in here, this has a little snappy bitterness when its ice cold, but that falls off nicely when it comes up to temperature, which i think is an awesome little feature. light orange and lemon at the end, the dry cereal grain, and a mellow lager yeast that does contribute a little flavor as it dries this out. carbonation is huge and the beer never feels watery in its lightness. always quenching, i am a fan of this one. nice with some of the heavier foods too, fried things, bbq, all of it!

It's a good beer, but I don't really like it. Just my own preference. Almost a gin and tonic flavor to it. Tastes like a spritz. Slight lemon flavor as well.

Good take on a Pills. Quite aromatic compared to traditional continental fare, but not over the top.
