Look: Slightly hazy transparent orange gold with a thick active white head. Mild activity. Smell: Lots of banana greet the nose followed by a mild clove, white grape, very mild lemongrass, mandarin oranges, hint of malt, green apple, and more banana.

Taste: Big Belgian sugar on the attack, followed by a wave of very ripe banana, slight clove, then comes a spike of white grape that fades to a slightly tart green apple note, followed by a definite Brett finish. Clove, green apple, and whole oat bread linger on the tongue.

Mouthfeel: At first wet on the tongue then quickly dries to a textbook Brett dry finish. Medium bodied and no hint of booze.

Overall: A nice and complex farmhouse ale. The flavor are huge and bold and dominates the palate. A definite Brett bomb for when you are craving it. Usually I like my saisons lighter and more quenching but I won't knock this ale for bringing the flavor

waxed cap bomber bottle

World class look to this one, hazed, frothy head, leaving all sorts of lace

Fruity and funky nose

Funk, fruit, spice....simply yummy...savoring each sip

Smooth, complex, flavorful, paired with some mild blue cheese and celery, this was truly a delight
