Pours black with dense nitro-foam that forms just shy of two fingers. Foam color is caramel and retains extremely well. Aroma is bready, earthy, roasty, and toasty malts, which comes off slightly dry. Flavor profile is earthy, roasty, toasty, bready malts, which carry a pleasant dryness. It opens up sweet, but refrains from lingering on the palate. It has a medium-thick consistency with a notably creaminess. Overall, a pleasant dry-nitro stout that hits all the standard trademarks. Not huge, just an easy-drinking dry stout with a nitrous twist.
Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.
