With eleven different grains used in the brewing process, this is one of the more complex stouts out there. Several different roasted barleys, wheat, oats and caramelized grains yield hints of bread, toffee, dark fruits, chocolate and coffee. Just enough hops for balance and traditional English yeast for true stout character.

Poured from the tap into a pint glass at the Battery in Smyrna, Georgia. The appearance is pitch black with a medium sized white head. The aroma is full of roasted malts with some cocoa. The taste is also big on roasted malt with some sweet cocoa. An excellent beer.

Rich chocolate, mild balanced earthy coffee. Nice caramelized sugar notes that help round of and kilned malt sharpness. One of the top coffee stouts i've ever had. Hold's it's own with the imperials at 6.4%.

Smooth drinking stout. A little light on body but with a nice brown large bubble head. Smokey notes with roasted malt flavours. A session stout if you will.
