Big Heads is a local bar tucked away off of Millerville Road: a place no one would expect to find a local watering hole. The staff is really good, the atmosphere is a mashup of a daqueri shop a sports bar, and a lounge. The beer selection is somewhat small compared to the other places on the list in BR and I have never tried the food. There is a small stage for live music, which is a plus to me. In town, it's a favorite spot of mine to get away with a smaller, less pretentious crowd, but it's not a beer aficionado spot.

This is a neighborhood pub and not a big club so them having nearly 70 different beers is surprising. And the guy doing the ordering did his homework as I didn't taste a single one I'd give less than a grade of B-. The Place has the feel and layout of a Bourbon Street bar without the smell. The live music is a nice touch, especially the blues bands that play on Tuesdays.

The Bartenders were all very attractive and really nice and attentive. When the bar got really busy, the manager jumped behind the bar and made sure nobody had to wait long for a drink.

If you're in Baton Rouge, this is a must-visit place.
