A - Pours pitch black with a thin creamy tan head. Nice amount of soapy lacing.

S - Aroma is coffee, cinnamon and chilies.

T - The taste is black coffee, cinnamon, milk chocolate, vanilla and a light pepper heat.

M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel with a pillowy soft finish.

O - Super well done. The coffee is upfront, but never overpowers the base beer.

2021 - Sump Coffee

Aroma is cinnamon and coffee. Pours oily dark black with a one finger head of foam. Taste is...give me a moment...ahhhh...sumputious. Complex, creamy, chocolate, cinnamon, coffee and a slight heat from the peppers gives this a deeply satisfying and rich brew. Sweet vanilla wraps itself around the whole and ties it into a nice bow. This is a beautiful beer. Don't overthink this; pour it, enjoy. Life does not get any better than drinking this.

I love this one and think it's better than the original. I know the original gets a lot of love and coffee isn't for everyone, but they nailed it on this one (I had the 2020 if that matters).
