12oz can. No dating information found.
Cloudy, straw colored body. Three fingers of white head upon pouring become a partial cap and high ring. Leaves behind some short strings of lacing.
Aroma of flowers and lemon, along with yeast pencil eraser.
Taste is flowers and lemon. Very drying from the yeast. Pepper in the finish.
Medium mouth feel. Fizzy in the mouth. Very good carbonation.
Hoppy table beer with an evolved yeast profile. Refreshing but dry.

Released 5/11/23; drank 6/23/23 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy pale yellow appearance.
An even pour yielded a HUGE white head; strong lace.
Dandelion, lemon & mild stroopwafel notes in the nose.
Medium thin mouthfeel.
Dandelion & lemon flavors.
Simple, bright & enjoyable. I'd have another!

APP - Crystal clear luminous deep straw, billowy white head towers out of the glass and slowly collapses leaving sheet lace, persists.
Aroma - very fresh and floral, wheat malt, clover, light lemon grass, lavender, honeysuckle,
Flavor - restrained phenol, light fresh wheat malt, a little sourdough tang, intensely floral backend, light juniper berry, papaya, faint citrus with a lightly acidic, bready finish. Some solvent notes linger in a grassy aftertaste with some DMS. The aftertaste is the only real detractor to an otherwise very nice flavor.
MF- Light body, high carbonation, creamy, restrained but noticeable acidity
OVERALL -very impressed with my second beer from this brewery. A nice tart saison-style beer. The aftertaste is a slight bummer.

Bottle I Had had a bottled date almost two years ago and it was still lively. Must be great fresh from the tap.
A tasty table saison. While it Looks a bit too pale, the fruity/lemony Smells run through to the end of this pleasantly yeasty ale. To help it complement more foods, I personally could use less Brett and fewer hops, particularly in the long finish. But, that is the trend in this style nowadays.

Gold in color with excellent clarity. There’s a fingernail of off white around the rim and covering half of the top. I smell earthy and peppery saison yeast. I’m tasting earthy saison yeast, light Belgian malt, and a touch of Brettanomyces. The mouth is dry and crisp.

From a tap at The Sovereign (Georgetown, DC), pours as a hazy gold with a thin off-white head. Aroma is of citrus (perhaps lemon) with funky wild yeast smells. Taste is similar (citrusy lemon) and yeasty with the addition of a sweet breadiness. Good carbonation and OK mouth feel (not watery), so solidly drinkable.
