Beautiful straw color and Chrystal clear. Nose has fruit, slight vinegar twang. Taste changes as it warms. The pineapple and citrus notes bloom to challenge the larger sour notes. This is a slippery beer on the palette - very effervescent with a nice dry finish.

Light golden yellow and somewhat cloudy. Lots of heads and lacing.

Tropical fruit, vinegar, funk, and mild sweetness on the nose.

Sour citrus and pineapple, funk, with a tart finish.

Light and crisp with high carbonation. Finish is dry and lingering.

Very enjoyable and refreshing. Easy to drink. Would recommended this to anyone new to the style who doesn't want to go overboard just yet.

750ml bottle split between a pair of large snifters. Bottle 8/2015.

Some of the sediment made it into my glass due to my pouring. Otherwise, poured crystal clear golden/straw yellow with a big head initially that fades quickly to leave almost no head. Moderate amount of fine, fast carbonation. Smell is tart, fruity (pineapple, mostly), maybe a bit of yeastiness.

Taste is moderate tartness, moderate pineapple with a hint of citrus, some lemoniness, moderate yeastiness.

Mouthfeel is effervescent and light. Overall, mild but tasty beer.
