Gold in color with a light haziness. There's a fingernail of eggshell on top. Moderate lacing. I smell coriander, pale malt, and faint citrus. I'm tasting coriander, delicate pale malt, and faint orange. The mouth is light and smooth.

pours a fairly crisp golden yellow with a nice light slightly pillowy head.
lots of malt and bread with a slight hint of spice and maybe some banana
comes across with a pilsner or lager flavor but with a bit more oomph in it. a bit of spice and belgian yeast takes it up a notch. i typically stray from belgian style blonde ales but this was just great. the belgian yeast was well integrated into this where it complimented the flavor well.
mild carbonation, smooth drinker.
this is an easy afternoon beer, well rounded.

Tried this beer at Nicks in St Louis. It was nice br certainly not the best from Perennial by any stretch. Would have again but wouldn't seek out.

Nice Belgian Blonde. Not overpowering, but has that characteristic Belgian Yeast present. It doesn't overtake though or seem to overpower. It is more reserved here.
Would drink again: Yes
Would purchase again: No.

Poured from the tap a bright and hazy golden yellow with two fingers of bright white head.
Nice aroma of light fruity citrus, Belgian yeast along with a faint spiciness and floral notes.
The taste follows the aroma. Belgian yeast, light citrus fruitiness, faint spice and floral. Finishes clean.
Lighter bodied with a moderate carbonation.
A great session beer with good personality. More please.

Enjoyed on-tap @ the International Tap House in Chesterfield, MO for $4 (Labeled S.S. Blonde & 5% ABV on their "Tap Board"). Poured from the Wooden tap handle with PERENNIAL written down it in black into a 14+oz Tulip Glass.
Aroma- Tons of wheat in the aroma and light sweetness. Malts are evident as well but no hops.
Appearance- Received with a 2.5 finger head that keeps for a good amount of time. Has a pale straw color body that is clear. Good lacing afterwards.
Flavor- The taste starts out very soft actually and takes time to find out more of the character in it besides the initial wheaty flavor. Has malt and the normal sweetness to it with almost the lightest bitterness you can find.
Mouthfeel- Light Bodied, Medium Carbonation, Crisp, and has a bit of bite at the finish of sweetness.
Overall Impression- For my first brew from Perennial, I have to give it an Above Average rating! Very easy to drink and would have again and again. Not sure it has much character to it but a good blonde ale. Will be looking forward to having more tonight and other nights if I find this on-tap.
Cheers to new BrewPubs in the St. Louis area!

On draft in a tall glass
Slightly hazy blonde yellow in color, foamy white head. Some lacing. Nice citrus and floral hop aroma. Mild hop flavor in the taste, light clean malt. Thinner bodied.
