Poured from the tap a bright and hazy golden yellow with two fingers of bright white head.

Nice aroma of light fruity citrus, Belgian yeast along with a faint spiciness and floral notes.

The taste follows the aroma. Belgian yeast, light citrus fruitiness, faint spice and floral. Finishes clean.

Lighter bodied with a moderate carbonation.

A great session beer with good personality. More please.

Smells like not much. Funky flavor. Mostly pleasant, but I've had much better from Perennial.

Had this on tap at Side Project Cellar in St. Louis. This pours opaque light yellow with a thin white head. Smells citrusy and tastes similar with a smooth, easy drinking Belgian flavor. Ends with a dry finish. Very refreshing summer beer.

pours a fairly crisp golden yellow with a nice light slightly pillowy head.

lots of malt and bread with a slight hint of spice and maybe some banana

comes across with a pilsner or lager flavor but with a bit more oomph in it. a bit of spice and belgian yeast takes it up a notch. i typically stray from belgian style blonde ales but this was just great. the belgian yeast was well integrated into this where it complimented the flavor well.

mild carbonation, smooth drinker.

this is an easy afternoon beer, well rounded.

this sets a new standard in the american blonde ale for me, borderline a pale ale, this is about as hoppy as i would think would be traditionally allowable in the style, and its really good. i didnt even know these guys did a beer like this, but leave it to perennial to have it be pretty adventurous within the conventional limits. a little touch of haze to this pale yellow beer. the head is explosive from the tap, over two inches high, airy and delicate, holding on awhile. the aroma and flavor are nice, far less simple than is common in the style. the malt isnt sweet, which is odd, really dry example of the style. the hops are more aromatic than bitter, and not too much for the light grain base to handle. hints of lemon and lime in there with some soft grassy character as well, goes great with the lighter malt, which may even include some wheat. carbonation is way up and it finishes fast, the hops dont even linger. great food beer, lunch session type, good with a burger, a chicken sandwich, that kind of thing. they have done a lot in a small space here...
