My first PAA beer.

Turbid straw appearance with a fluffy two finger white head. Smells of grain (mainly bread and cracker), white pepper and earth. Flavor profile comes across very clean on the palate with grainy bread, Weiss beer estery banana, pepper and lingering yeast. Feel is spot on for the style. Nothing profound here but it is damn refreshing and easy to drink. Probably best suited for a hot July day.

Hazy yellow, slight head stays until near the end.
Floral smell. Poured in oversized wine glass and everyone in room appreciated smell.
Taste herby and follows nose. Dry finish.
Simple kind of tasty. Enjoyed with French bread and Irish cheese.

Pretty standard saison here. Nothing stand out about it. It has nice farmhouse notes, and doesn't over do it in any particular way. Certainly no off flavors like phenols etc. Lacks tartness, body, and malt flavor

Slightly hazy bright yellow, white head. Aroma has sweet malt and floral perfume. Taste follows with yeast esters, sweet wheat malt and floral notes. Fresh and fizzy.

First offering from this brewery and it is a delightful introduction. I was going to save some of this large bottle to share with others at a meal, but I was so intrigued by it that, well, I left very little for the others. I will give it a full review on a second tasting.

For this tasting, five words according to format: pretty, floral, Sweet, soft, food.

And a suggestion.... The chamomile oils coating my mouth went away once I ate some food. Save this to share with others at dinner.
