Poured into a tulip glass from the tap at the Perennial tasting room.

Pours a copper color with nice amber hues. Thin white head that is dense but recedes quickly.

Aroma is bready and grainy with refreshing malty sweetness notes. Slight fruity sweetness and a grassy and herbal light hop profile.

Flavor is slightly sweet and fruity but also quite bready. Earthy and grainy. Pretty light and refreshing with nice slight caramel notes mixed in with a herbal and flowery hop notes that is light and finishes off with a bitter dryness. Light and crisp and clean.

Pretty good beer. Nothing to write home about for me though.

The beer pours a clear light amber, with minimal carb visible, and a thin white head around the perimeter. There are muted notes of toffee, bread, and a slightly hoppy bitterness in the nose that segues into grain, yeast w/ some fruit and a pine-like bitterness in the finish. It's lowly carbonated, clean drinking, and somewhat refreshing with a malt & hop profile that feels non-adventurous and traditional. Good beer, just need to be in the right mood for it.

On draft at the brewery

Clear, bright golden in color, white head. Grainy aroma. Taste is slightly sweet, bready. Nice mouth feel for a lager. Easy drinking
