Poured into a tulip glass from a 750ml.
Pours a nice pale golden color that is pretty light and almost clear. There is a nice 0.25 inch head thta is white and soappy but recedes very quickly.
Aroma is of grains and some nice sweet peach. Very mild and light. Nice earthy grain notes that are slightly bready.
Peach comes up first. There is some nice tartness to the brew as well. The earthy grain notes gives the brew some bready yeast light notes. Crisp light and slightly sweet with some mild tartness. The mouthfeel is crisp and light.
Pretty good offering by the guys at Perennial. I like what they are accomplishing over there.

Woefully underrated, though maybe just because it isn't cheap. Among berliners available on the shelf, this might be the best. This beer is beautifully tart and refreshing, I just wish a bit more peach would show up. If I had to sacrifice tartness for peach though, I would say nay.
