Poured a straw yellow slightly cloudy light colored beer, with a thick white fizzy head.

The smell is light and peachy, a touch tart.

The flavor follows the smell, a nice light fresh peach flavor with a bit of wheat and just a touch of tartness. Its not bad, but the flavors are very light, even for this style.

The mouthfeel is crisp with lots of carbonation.

Its just Ok, A bit underwhelming for the premium they are charging.

Served in a stemless snifter.

Thanks to homebrew311 and Bellabananas for sharing this bottle!

Just like RisGoop, I've had this before on-tap, but the experience was kinda iffy on my part, so I'm glad to have a second chance. It pours a lightly hazy wan straw topped by a finger of off-white foam. The nose comprises light white grape, cinnamon, and light wheat. The taste holds notes of light peach, white grape, lemon juice, and light wheat. Not really much tartness at all, which is a decent disappointment considering the style in question. The body straddles the line between discord and rhy--I mean, heavy light and light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a sorta/kinda dry finish. Overall, this is a mediocre Berliner, with little-to-no tartness and the same amount of peach, really. It's not overly offensive, necessarily, but there's nothing about it that makes me want to drink it ever again.

Poured from a bomber into a tulip

A- pours a clear straw color with a small stream of bubbles, small white head appears but quickly vanishes, virtually no lace

S- tart, slightly sweet and fruity, I can get a little bit of the peaches in the nose, a little bit of beady malt as well

T- slightly tart, very bready, only the slightest hint of peaches, not a whole lot going on here, watery to be honest

M- very light and easily drinkable, fairly high carbonation, still a lightly watery for this style

O- this was okay, nothing offensive but it just didn't do much for me, much better examples of the style out there

750 mL bottle poured into a snifter.

Appearance - Pours a clear orange until the sediment hazes it up. Large bubbles at the edges but not much else.

Smell - Peach is present, even dominant, although it's not a very strong aroma. Faintly grainy and almost no acidity.

Taste - More acidic, but definitely not that sour. Grainy and then peachy. Finish is grainy and has a decent peach flavor.

Mouthfeel - Grainy, hardly sour, medium carbonation.

Overall - Wish it were sour... Good peach aroma though.

750mL bottle poured into taster - thanks rob

Pours a light, hazy straw, peachy color with a froth of white head. Slim retention with a few wisps of lacing streaking the glass.

Tart, fresh and fruity in the nose. Peaches, juicy fruit and funky wet straw. Yeast with biscuit and a hint of fruit-driven sourness.

Peach juice with light fruit sweetness and funky tartness. A little thin and simple, with straw and grain malts, followed by a yeasty funk and soft spice. Mild dryness and peach fruit on the back end.

Lighter body, decent carbonation, juicy and thin on the tongue. Pretty solid fruit-based Berliner but there's some much better examples out there right now (ie - Funky Buddha).

Poured from a 750 ml bottle into a Lost Abbey chalice.

A- Pours a light honey color with a 2" almost light grey hued head. Big clumps and clouding of lacing remains on the glass.

S- Light peach/apricot aromas, slight spice, sour mash is not too forward.

T- Fruit notes are very faint to me. Nice light wheat malt flavor with some sour mash, and lactic/acidic taste.

M- Light body and medium carbonation. Very light feel, almost bodering on watery.

O- Umm...very refreshing beer. Not very educated on Berlinerweiss's but I thought it would be more sour/tart. It is still a nice refreshing light beer that has some fruit and sour notes.
