Poured from the tap a hazy copper-orange color with two fingers rich off-white head. A good amount of sticky lacing left behind.

The aroma was fruity with nice tropical notes, green apple, white wine and Belgian yeast.

The taste matched the aroma. Quite fruity upfront and lightly tart with tropical notes, green apple, white wine, candy sugar and Belgian yeast. The tartness lingered through the finish.

Medium bodied and smooth with a bright carbonation.

A tasty Belgian Pale for sure and one I'll definitely have again.

Poured into a tulip from a 750ml bottle.

Pours a nice hazy dark cooper with some orange hues. There is a nice half inch head that is of medium density and has some pretty good retention and some sticky lacing.

Aroma is typical of a Belgian ale. Nice fruity esters of apples and peach. Some good bready grain mixed in there as well. There is some slight sugary sweetness in the nose as well as some mild funky notes. The yeasty esters are spicy and slightly phenolic.

Flavor follows the nose. Starts off with some nice fruity notes. Notes of crisp pear and apple. Some slight vinous notes are present as well. The flavor is clean and fluffy. With some nice bready notes and slight earthy grain. The finish has some slight funk but more of a phenolic flavor mixed in with yeasty fruit notes. Mouthfeel is fluffy and has a slightly sticky and fruity finish.

Pretty good BPA. I enjoy the heavier fruit notes slightly balanced by some earthy funk. Pretty refreshing and yummy brew.

A - Poured a cloudy, copper/orange color with a two-finger, off-white head of bubbly foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.

S - It smelled very fruity with some sweet notes. Some caramel notes.

T - It tasted fruity with apple and pear notes. Some nice Belgian spices and sweet caramel.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry, clean finish.

O - This is a very nice Belgian-style ale. Glad to find it on tap at 44 Stone in Columbia, MO.

Up from Jacksonville FL and stopped in at the brewery.

A: thin head on a hazy dull golden body.

S: lemon, candied sugar, pineapple and Belgian yeast.

T: starts with syrupy candied sugar with orange and lemon notes finishing with Belgian yeast.

M: medium body and light to moderate carbonation.

Overall: not impressed here. It's pretty plain. So far I am. It sure if the prior reviews of this brewery are up to par with what I am expieriencing.
