Thanks to StonedTrippin and all of his recommendations for the love of my life tonight. Your expertise is unmatched and greatly appreciated.

As for this beer, I was looking for a new tripel that might defeat my general distaste for the style. This one almost does the trick but I wouldn't say Im the biggest tripel fan ever now either. Light Bronze with a thin bubbly layer right after the poor. Pretty much what I expect so far. Sniff test? Well it isn't poisonous. Lots of yeast here. 9 % on the label too? Lets taste it... Pretty solid. Lots of smooth honey for sure. Everything else is about standard. Pretty boozy for a belgian brew. I don't know what it is about tripel but its just no my thing. This beer is sassy, but not much more than that. I just don't love tripel okay? Don't be mad at me. Somewhere between good and a little better than good for the style but nothing I would buy more than once unless forced too.

The girl loves it. And that counts for a lot.

As soon as you smell this beer, you realize how amazing it could be. The immediate honeycomb scent is forthright and the taste is amazing. The honeycomb taste makes an untraditional tripel, but this beer will blow your mind. Share with a friend because it is sweet, but worth it.
