A nice, crisp golden wheat with a perfect balance of sweet and bitter. Goes down easy and is delicious. Perfect for the time between the end of summer and start of fall. I was told the particular batch I tried was lighter than intended, which made this more of the Cape May Wheat "Light", but would make a great session beer if continued. When it is more full-bodied, as it is intended it will be just as delicious and strong for the real microbrew drinker.

4oz taster pour into CMBC pint glass, then eventual growler fill later that day.

A: Hazy bright yellow. Bright white head. Good carbo. No lacing.

S: Lots of that clove and banana. Crisp citrus hop notes. Bready yeast esters. Smells like a traditional wheat.

T: Typical wheat, Belgian yeast clove citrus banana bready malt. Crisp clean finish. Not overly filling or boozy. Good summer beer for sure.

M: Light bodied.
