A: some lacing, and a small head, cloudy in yellow color.

S: Its a Pine tar bomb, as expected. Some malt @ room temp.

T: Again its a pine tar bomb, many love this and if so they will like this beer, very bitter, not as balanced as I would like to see in a TRUE IPA. Slight oily tasting but the booze is well hidden.
Somewhat what astringent finish. Again the malt is there somewhere, but its overwhelmed by the hops.

M: Medium body, medium carbonation.

O: A decent local not sure if its a single hop ipa, its not a bad beer, just not my favorite style. Still good and near the style.

On tap at The Flying Iguana in Atlantic Beach, FL.

Pours a light amber with a half inch head, and a smaller amount of lacing.

Smells like pine and caramel, and not much else.

Kind of a boring IPA. It's more pine based than citrus based, with a decent caramel backbone. It's decent but does nothing to stand out.

This one is medium bodied, with a crisp mouthfeel, and a medium level of carbonation.

Kane's Head High is better.

OK. Light. Mildly hoppy. Neither offends nor enthralls.

I had this one on tap at the Stonewood grill in Jacksonville. They head 5 or 6 handles dedicated to local beers and I went with this one.

It was served in a standard shaker pint. The beer is a bright gold with a thin skim of white head.

The nose is a mash-up of caramel malts, citrus and apple.

Initial impression is balance with increasing bitterness in the finish. Resiny hops and milled grains. A floral note and then a hint of alcohol heat.

The mouth is oily and coating.

I would have this one on a semi regular basis.
