Poured moderately from a 750 mL bottle into a Brewers Art goblet. Best before 17/07/15 according to the label. Oh, happy monk, you are so delightful!

A: Cloudy, golden yellow with slight orangish tint. 1 finger of clean white, sudsy head. Thin cover by 2 minutes, but lasts all the way to the end of the glass. Moderate lacing.

S: Sweet fruit with a tropical lean. Strong presence of Belgian yeast, but mellow in character. Pineapple in there. Trace of citrus, trace of honey. Light bread. The smell is fairly light, but very nice. I'd agree it is "delicate" as the label declares. I had to work a bit at getting a good whiff, but was glad I did.

T: Yeasty sweetness with a light bitterness at the end. Finishes dry. Indistinct fruit. Spice. I've having some difficulty picking out individual flavors, but it's very tasty. Mild alcohol burn, but less than is typical for the style. Flavors are a bit more subdued than the average tripel offering, but refined and nicely blended.

M: Full & effervescent like a good tripel should be. Creamier as it warms. Very solid. Really adds to the quality of the beer.

O: This is a highly drinkable tripel. I wish the smell and flavor were a bit more assertive, as the quality of both is excellent. The feel is superb. Definitely one of the smoothest tripels I can remember. There are certainly other tripels that bring a bit more punch, but this is balanced and goes down dangerously smoothly. Highly recommended.

Prost!

A- straw to gold couldy look with about a 3 inch white foam that fades slow with a good lace.
S-orange, bananna with a little spice
T-the citrus flavor hit me at the start, then a sweet bananna came in followed by an alcohol taste. Spicy like is also there.
M- creamy and very carbonated
O- this was a great beer looking forward to the next one
