Look: It pours very light yellow with a white head. There is moderate head retention.

Smell: It has a moderate spicy nose with pepper and coriander. There are also notes of wheat and orange.

Taste: It has quite a spicy lively flavor of citrus, orange, spices and wheat. There is some coriander with a very slight tart flavor.

Feel: It has a moderately white body that has a moderate dryness to it.

Overall, it is a lively and flavorful beer with plenty of spicy and citrus flavors.

S: Straw/grassy notes, slight bread, pleastantly dank, acidic.
T: Lemon, definitely coriander (I ate cilantro just a few hours earlier), mild clove (if any), white bread or yeast, finishes off with a light long-lasting bitter at the end, if you tighten the palate.
F: Carbonation, nice carbonation, all the way to the tip of the tongue. Creamy, feels cloudy & thick.

Overall, really liked this beer. Was surprised. I wanted to give it higher taste ratings, but if anything it had less than what I wrote. Mouth feel was pretty great on this one, can't go with a 5 though, just doesn't have any "crisp" or anything defining, as it was mostly just thick with decent carbonation.

Poured from 11.2oz bottle into Chimay goblet.

L - Hazy blond pour, thin white head.

S - Straw, dried grass, yeasty dough, slight spicy note.

T - White bread, honey malts, banana bread.

F - Creamy, with fine carbonation and a dry finish.

A very pleasant wit, not overpowered by esters. Quite drinkable.

Wow! THIS is what a wit should taste like! Very delicate, creamy mouthfeel, and a great companion to a spicy dish.

LOVE!

Poured from 11.2-ounce bottle into a weizen glass. Attempted a tentative pour, but still wound up with about half a glass of thick brilliant white foam. Hazy, slightly pale golden yellow in color, with the head settling into a nice white ring after a few moments. The aromas and flavors on this are huge. Lots of banana, coriander, clove, bready malt, yeast, and even a bit of bubblegum. A little alcohol warmth shows up at near room temperature. Although this is medium bodied, it has a very satisfying umami-like character. The finish is dry with a touch of peppery spice and a hint of astringence. This is without question a world-class witbier, as you'd expect from St. Bernardus.

Yellow with a brownish tint and plenty hazy. There's a fingernail of off white covering a quarter of the top. I smell pale wheat, a restrained amount of coriander and a hint of lemon. I taste coriander which is quickly kept in line by the delicate pale wheat. The mouth is delicate, light, and refreshing.

It pours very hazy and with a nice head. Some visible yeast sediment. The aroma is much like a hefe with lots of banana and clove. Some funk too. The taste is much more bitter than your usual Belgian wit and I could swear that there are some Brett notes. Some orange notes as well! Smooth mouthfeel. Very enjoyable!
