Poured into a pint glass it has a foamy light beige head of half an inch and a black body. Smell of heavy vanilla, some caramel, cocoa, and slight roasted malt. Taste is lots of vanilla, chocolate, coffee, marshmallpw, some roasted malt and a bit of caramel at the end. Mouth feel is full with a moderate body and carbonation. A easy drinking very well made vanilla porter.

The vanilla flavor of this porter is rather artificial and unpleasant, remniscent of chemical additives. Honestly, it reminds me a lot of Leinenkugel's vanilla porter.

Pours a black color. 2/3 inch head of a tan color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of roasted malt, piney hops, hint of wood, hint of chocolate, and a hint of alcohol. Fits the style of an American Porter. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of strong sweet malt, slight roasted malt, hint of oatmeal, slight wood, slight piney hops, and slight chocolate. Overall, average appearance, good aroma, body, and blend.

Had this tonight at a local bar & grill with an order of fish & chips. I thought this was very light bodied for a porter, so it went great with a fish meal. A slightly nutty taste with a faint vanilla ending. More malt that hops. A good summertime porter.

Black body, chocolate mousse head that doesn't stick around d quite long enough.

Little bit of vanilla on the nose, pleasant.

Taste - slight bitterness finished by some vanilla.

Feel - smooth and creamy.

Overall - I like it. Nuff said. It's tasty and creamy and vanilla-y
