Pours a hazy light orange with a foamy beige head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Thick swaths of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, citrus fruit, citrus zest, and spicy hop aromas. Taste is much the same with earth, citrus zest, and spicy hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with a Mosaic hop presence that lends spicy and earthy qualities to the aroma and flavor.

Pours a golden color with a big white head in the tall, narrow Kölsch glass. Wonderful aroma of fruity, flowery hops. Sudsy and zingy on the tongue.
This is a totally clean and crisp, but hoppy Pale Ale. Fruity hop flavors are intriguing without being silly. Try this brew to see how good Mosaic hops are when used with moderation. Just a nice bitter burn at the finish with that touch of malt still on the lips.
The body is light, but it has a smooth, substantial mouthfeel. A great quaff. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Liticker's Liquors in Ocean Beach.

Received as an extra in a nice trade with brokensail... Pours clear golden with a 1 finger white head that dies back leaving drapes of lacing. Nose is tropical fruity notes with some dusty pale malts... Flavor comes across as citrus and perhaps melon/pineapple, again on the finish a lingering dry pale malt that almost seems dusty. Light body with good drinkability. Thanks Andrew!!
