Light copper colored with a clear complexion. The aroma is of pale wheat and Pinot Noir grapes. I’m tasting pale wheat and Pinot Noir grapes. The mouth is moderately carbonated and dry.

2020/2021
Pours a fizzy bubbly small head with low retention, no lacing, hazy orange to rosy pink color
Nose big gueuze funk, little barnyard cheesy funk, lots of tart sitting bacteria, little straw hay malt, mild wine soft red wine, juicy funk
Taste is quite sour but balanced nicely, souring bacteria funk, little barnyard cheesy funk, straw, wet hay, little malt bready, quite juicy funk, light red wine soft, getting Lemonade and red wine blended late mild flemmy finish
Mouth is med to a bit lighter bod, feels a tad watery, decent carb
Overall awesome

750ml corked/caged bottle split amongst some small glasses. 2020-2021 vintage.
Pours a plum-peach color, lots of carbonation, little head. Smell is grapey, grape-must-y, oak, very tart.
Taste is tart, light grape juice, lots of grape must -- mild woody bitterness.
Mouthfeel is super dry and light. Overall, it's a very nice beer. It kept improving as it warmed up, too.

A- 750ml pours into a becher glass with a pale ruby pink body. Surprising lack of foam with just a small ring at the edges and small foamy islands.
S- Some nice musty lambic funk on the nose giving some of that raw barnyard hay feel. Grapes come next with lactic acid, oak and lemon notes too. Definitely some nice tannins.
T- Again has a very solid lambic base with that real raw Belgian hay, funk and musty intensity. Raw gueuze sulfur, grapes, vinous tannins, oak wood, lemon, sour stone fruits, intense lactic acid and some acetic hints too. The grapes are moderate in strength and really compliment the base with a seedy and juicy flavor.
MF- Light to medium bodied with a rather low carbonation. Not nearly still just a tickle of bubbles. Tiniest bit of fluffy texture.
Really nice lambic base with a kiss of grapes that rounds things out very well.
