Bright gold pour, small bubbles evaporate quickly, no head. A refreshing and light lambic, much like champagne, as grapes dominate the flavor. But dominate may not be the best term for a beautifully brewed lambic that is subtle, and even delicate, in its approach. Classic!

Copper colored with excellent clarity, vibrant carbonation, and no discernible head. The aroma is of light wheat, light malt, and Pinot Gris grapes. I’m tasting light wheat, Pinot Gris grapes, and light malt. The mouth is highly carbonated and very crisp and refreshing.

B1

Pours an orange to golden color with a medium sized white head, which vanishes immediately after pouring.

Smells of muscat, white pepper and sweet honey, together with old banana peel and lime zest. This gets complimented by old basement, dry oak and lighter leather among white wine grape skins.

Has a lighter, well carbonated body with a slightly velvet, yet sparkly mouthfeel.

Tastes of a prominent dryness from the very beginning together with a honey accompanied white wine grape sweetness. Turns a tad more leaf forward then, with a natural appearing tartness, seemingly resulting from the ripe grapes. Finishes dusty, with a hint of earth and prominent, moldy oak among a late, surprisingly powerful grape fruitiness and matured hop dryness.

Intense, well balanced with a well put grape fruitiness, which shows off a great flavor complexity.
