12 ounce bottle into a Pilsner glass. Bottled 7/14/16, brewed with Frosted Flakes.
Pours a nice looking golden color, clear, with lots of streaming bubbles, a quickly dissipating one inch head and some spotty lacing. The smell is yeast, malt, some corn on the pour, lactose and cream- more as it warms. Has a generally sweet aroma. The taste leads a little more with the malt, then yeast, decent amount of sweet lactose and cream, no bitterness at all. It's sweet overall, but in no way cloying. Really smooth, some creaminess, surprisingly refreshing, well carbonated.
Had this one a while back, and didn't care for it. Liked it much better this time, it's a fun one to drink. The Frosted Flakes indeed have a solid presence. Well worth trying a bottle or two to see what you think.

A 12oz. bottle dated 07/11/16 purchased at the brewery poured in their signature snifter/tulip.
Look- Pours a nearly transparent gold color with a couple centimeters of white foam.
Smell- Sweet corn syrup, cereal, a hint of spice along the line of allspice.
Taste- Sugar forward followed by cereal grains, spice and cardboard.
Feel- Medium bodied and slick with a wet drinkable finish.
Overall- Not quite the malt liquor of my youth such as Schlitz, Colt 45 or Olde English, but it is decent and intriguing enough being brewed with Frosted Flakes to merit a try. Sweeter than my recollection of the classics that seemed to lean more towards a mild cheap perfume in aromatics and taste than this sugar water concoction. It really tastes like water poured over a bowl of Frosted Flakes. Pretty drinkable for the abv. and worth a try for the conversation and curious.
